House in a very quiet area, 2 steps away from the Christian Dior garden, tennis court, casino, the Plat Gousset beach 100 m away, thalassotherapy, all shops 100 m away, direct access by train, 40 km from the Mont Saint-Michel, access by boat to Chausey and the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernesey).
House classified by “Manche Tourisme” and the tourist board for a seaside theme: beach angling equipment available, beach toys for children, sun umbrella, beach towels, personalized tips for you holidays.
There are 6 pretty, fully renovated rooms on 3 levels. A description with photos will be sent upon request in order to better see the house and its space.
There is a garage and a fenced courtyard of 20 sq.m to rest and have your meals. Very nice atmosphere!
Children are welcome: toys, baby kit (cot, high chair, bottle warmer, baby flatware).
Rentals from Sunday to Sunday (rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday depending on the dates).

The layout of the house was perfect for what we needed and an easy walkable location. We enjoyed the location as we were visiting surrounding attractions. The only miscommunication was the listing didn’t state sheet and linens weren’t included so that was a little disappointing to navigate the day before check in.

We stayed in Granville for a family wedding. We were an adult party with one elderly relative so the downstairs bed and bathroom were very helpful. The property was in a great location, close to the Christian Dior gardens, the beach and town.

We were able to spend a week in this outstanding Granville home. We were greeted by Sylvie, who made us feel welcome, and was very helpful throughout our stay. Our family of six adults had plenty of room. The private courtyard with table and chairs was a relaxing place to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. The kitchen is very large, even by American standards, and was well stocked with cooking utensils. The bathrooms were also modern and spacious. The house is nicely decorated. The two upper floors have views of the city and bay. The house has an attached garage. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, the casino, and the beach. The Christian Dior home/museum is just up the street. The location also allows for convenient day trips to nearby sites. I would highly recommend this property!

This is a very nice, spacious, completely equipped and well situated vacation house in a very nice historical harbour city in the lower Normandy. The beach is a 3 minutes walk away and very bathing friendly. Restaurants, ice cream bar just around the corner as well as the boulanger, supermarché and charcuterie. In fact you hardly need your car, which we really appreciated! Mont St Michel is a 60 minutes drive and with a boat tour to Iles Chausey is highly recommended (you might even see bottlenose dolphins!). Spectacular tides with sometimes around 12 m (!) difference between high and low water. Enjoy the museum of Christian Dior (his family house) and the large lushy garden 30 meters above the sea, just a 5 minutes walk from the house. We were 4 youngsters and 3 adults and had all the room we needed with 2 showers, laundry facility and 2 toilets. One car (medium size) fits in the garage and the second car had to be parked in the street.

Maison très bien située, à 5 minutes du centre ville et 5 minutes de la plage. Quartier très calme. La cuisine est très spacieuse et bien équipée, jolie vue sur le port depuis la cuisine et le salon. Il y a une petite cour fermée très sympa pour prendre un verre ou y laisser les vélos des enfants. Nous y reviendrons ! Celine et Peter

Pour la seconde fois nous avons loué cette maison pour 15 jours avec nos petits enfants. Nous en sommes très satisfait: confortable, proche de la mer et des commerces, spacieuse et propre. Un très agréable séjour 2016 !

Très belle maison, bien équipée, entourée des mouettes. Si vous louez cette maison, faites un état des lieux détaillés à l'arrivée et au départ. Notez bien les compteurs de gaz et d'électricité. Demandez en même temps quand les ordures passent et si vous devez faire le tri.Je ne l'ai pas fait et je me suis fait avoir. Après notre départ la personne qui fait le ménage a trouvé une chaise avec l'appui tête cassée (on n'a même pas utilisé cette chaise) et une paire de rideaux défectueux, et une poubelle pleine dans la cour. Pourtant quand nous sommes partis nous avons ouvert les rideaux et nous n'avons rien constaté d'anormal. Quand aux ordures.....comme personne nous a dit comment le ramassage se passe à Granville ......nous n'avons pas pu vider la poubelle. Par contre nous avons laissé la maison impeccable car je prend toujours beaucoup de soin des affaires des autres.(question d'honneur), La facture est salée, 100,- pour des réparations. Un montant pris au hasard, car une chaise bas de gamme de chez Ikea ne se répare pas selon moi....enfin. Juste pour vous dire .....faites attention car une fois partis la propriétaire déduit se qu'elle souhaite, de votre caution et vous ne pouvez plus rien faire. (elle n'a pas réagit à mon mail de protestation) Résultat des courses....La propriétaire a gagnée 100 euros de plus. Est ce que ça vaut le coup? Je ne pense pas car je vous conseille de louer autre chose à Granville, pour éviter tout ennuie.

Nous étions un groupe d'amis avec un bébé et la maison nous a semblé très spacieuse, sur 3 étages. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Tout était propre et fonctionnel, parfait avec un bébé. La maison est située à proximité des magasins et de la plage. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et nous sommes sentis comme chez nous!

Nous avons passé trois semaines cet été en juillet fort agréable avec une météo splendide. La maison est très confortable, parfaitement équipée, décorée et meublée avec goût. Très spacieuse et située à 2 pas du centre ville et de la plage ( à pied), nous en avons grandement profité avec nos enfants et petits enfants. En un mot nous avons été enchantés.

Maison très agréable,lumineuse, très propre, décorée avec goût, spacieuse et très bien située à 2 pas du centre ville, du port, du Plat Gousset, de la Haute Ville. De plus,la propriétaire est de bons conseils et à l'écoute des locataires. N'hésitez pas à réserver cette maison, en famille ou entre amis et à découvrir la région côté Normandie (le Mont Saint Michel, les plages du débarquement, Bayeux, l'île de Tatihou...) et côté Bretagne (Cancale, Saint Malo...) par tous les temps et respirer un bon air iodé ! Vous repartirez enchantés !
