About this house rental
independent house (about 130 m2) located in Tomino on a closed ground of 2500 m2, planted with olive trees, oaks, lentisk, in privileged position in the center of the village with view on the island of Elba and the maquis, swimming pool. overflow and terraces facing south. Direct access for vehicles with under-arbor parking on the property. Near the marina of Macinaggio, all shops, restaurants and summer activities.
On the ground floor: an entrance with wc and wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker ....), a living room open to the terraces.

On the floor, a double room with room of water and toilet, two other double rooms of which one opening on a balcony terrace with direct access to the garden. A room of water with toilet serves these rooms.

The terraces are equipped with tables and chairs, Weber portable barbecue, garden furniture, sunbathing and solar shower for the pool.
