COUNTRY OF PAGOULIN
Cottage completely renovated in 2015, the ground floor of a charming house in the heart of an old horticultural property of 8500m2.
With a capacity of 4 people, the cottage has an interior surface of 57m2 and includes:
- 2 Double bedrooms (one with a bed 140 x 190 cm and the other with a bed 2 x 70 x 190 cm);
- 2 bathroom / wc (one with bath and one with shower);
- A living room-kitchen;
- A private terrace of 25m2 facing south, furnished with an outdoor table, sun beds, chairs and parasol.
The cottage is bright, carefully decorated and equipped with every comfort:
- Fully equipped kitchen with particular dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric fan oven, Tassimo coffee machine and electric kettle, little robot-blender, mixer, toaster...
- washing machine;
- Hairdryers;
- Electric BBQ on the private terrace;
- TV in bedrooms and living room;
- Wifi free of charge.
Our entire 8500m2 property will be accessed, your children remain under your supervision. Throughout your stay, they will enjoy the swing near the small family barn and the enclosure of our 2 donkeys.

>> We offer the rental of adult b'twin bikes for € 5 per day and per person (including theft protection, helmet and repair kit).
Optional :
- Package towels: 1 towel and 1 50x100cm 70x140cm towel: € 4 per person
- Packages sheets: 10 € per bed linen for hire; € 15 per bed for the rental of bedlinen bed made before arrival.
- Cleaning charge: 60 €

Tout était parfait lors de notre séjour fin juillet 2016. Le logement est en excellent état, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Les équipements et matériaux sont de qualité. Il y a des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. La terrasse sous un balcon permet de manger ou prendre l'apéritif à l'ombre.
Du point de vue de la localisation, le logement est très bien situé: au calme, facilement accessible, proche de tout (commerces à 2min, plages à 7min).
Enfin, la propriétaire jouit d'un professionnalisme et d'une sympathie exceptionnels. Accueil au top avec tous les bons conseils pour optimiser notre séjour en fonction de nos goûts. Elle se donne à fond avec une seule priorité : que ses hôtes passent un bon séjour. Elle est un peu épaulée par sa maman qui est également très professionnelle.
Bref, nous n'avons rien à redire au sujet de cette location.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le site, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôtesse.
Gîte très bien conçu et très propre. Situation en campagne mais près de la ville et de la mer. Nous conseillons.
