The house is comfortable, pleasant and bright, and ideally located on the Pink Granite Coast, between Perros-Guirec and Trégastel, very close to the port of Ploumanac’h.

The house consists of a large room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a 140 * 200 bed and a 90 * 200 bed, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, a shower room, WC, utility room with shower and WC.

The private garden includes garden furniture.

The location is ideal for discovering all the charms of the Pink Granite Coast and enjoying a lively and festive atmosphere specific to the region.

This property was ideally located to access the beautiful coastline of Perros-Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The house was very clean and well equipped and we were very comfortable during our stay. Claude gave us a very warm welcome and had a very comprehensive information pack with lots of information regarding what to do in the area. We had a fantastic time and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and the location.

Very friendly and efficient owner, lots of information on location and things to do and see. house is near harbor and a supermarket so no real need to drive anywhere so much to see nearby. Everything is clean and in good condition, lots of hot water and comfortable bed. Great place for a holiday.

Wir sind schon einige Male an der Côte d´Armor gewesen und waren dieses Mal sehr angetan von der Liebens-würdigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Mme Bonnot sowie ihrem Mann. Sie hat uns viele Tips gegeben, wie wir unseren Urlaub mit interessanten Ausflügen verschönern und unvergessliche Eindrücke sammeln konnten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Die Matratzen waren recht angenehm. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf den Fischerhafen und die grandiose Felsenlandschaft. Diesen erreicht man nach ca. 50 Metern und ist bei Ebbe eine sehenswerte Tour. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eingegrenzt eine großflächige Parkgelegenheit direkt vor der Haustür. Das Haus liegt strategisch recht günstig sowohl zum Supermarkt und tanken, als auch zu den Orten Trégastel, Ploumanc´h und anderen Orten. Wir können das Haus nur bestens empfehlen und würden auch selbst gerne wiederkommen vor auch weil wir so freundlich empfangen wurden wie sonst nirgendwo zuvor.

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Dazu hat auch das Ferienhaus und die Eigentümerin einen großen Teil beigetragen. Das Haus liegt nahezu perfekt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Der Strand, der Hafen, der Supermarkt, Restaurants und auch eindrucksvolle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Außerdem gibt sich die Eigentümerin größte Mühe den Aufenthalt bestmöglich zu betreuen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen hier. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von Claude Le Palud empfangen und mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen für unseren Urlaub versorgt. Sie ist immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden und alles ist blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Maison neuve très confortable: propre, bien équipée, chambres spacieuses. La mitoyenneté et la proximité de la route ne sont pas dérangeantes du tout car l'orientation de la maison et du jardin font qu'on ne s'en rend pas compte quand on est à l'intérieur. La propriétaire est aux petits soins. C'est très agréable. La localisation est idéale. On peut se rendre à Ploumanach à pied facilement. Et en voiture on est vite à Perros Guirrec, Lannion, Tregastel... Bref nous recommandons.
