This house, in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint Jean, is near the beach (400 m), You will find nearby, a daily market, a supermarket, sports facilities (golf, tennis and sailing club). The pedestrian street and many shops are also within walking distance. The environment, very quiet, is also served by a bike lane. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and a large living room. The terrace overlooks a garden of 1000 m2 approximately.

maison très facile à vivre, très proche des commerces de base (boulangerie, superette, marché couvert journalier), …. des marchands de glace (!) et de la plage.
très bon contact avec les hôtes (qui nous ont demandé en cours de séjour si tout se passait bien).
nous avons apprécié le jardin … et la table de pingpong.
maison de vacances à recommander.

Maison très agréable et spacieuse, confortable, à 2 pas du bord de mer/centre ville/marché. La maison est aux pieds des pistes cyclables, la voiture s'est faite oublier pendant 15 jours!!

Bonjour Mr BUSNEL, ma mère a bien reçu le chèque de caution. Je vais donc vous dire ce qu'il faut noter en appréciation: La maison était conforme aux descriptions faites sur l'annonce, nous n'avons rien de négatif à dire, nous avons bien profité du grand jardin, très bien pour les enfants et surtout sécurisé, ainsi que de la table de ping pong mise à notre disposition. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied, pas besoin de voiture, ce qui est très appréciable! Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour! C'est une maison que nous recommandons vivement!
