Duplex apartment with south-facing terrace. Ideally located opposite Pourville beach, 3km from Dieppe. Sea view room. Original layout and decoration and much appreciated, private parking. Quiet atmosphere, and easy access.

Layout and decoration in a very particular and original style based on unusual materials combining metal, wood, white, selected lighting, pretty indoor plants, in a harmony that leaves no one indifferent.

The coast in this area is beautiful and the small town of Pourville makes a great base for exploring and has several restaurants and shops. Nearby Dieppe has all the facilities expected of a city, including an excellent Saturday morning market. It is also a great place to explore in its own right. Offranville also provides good shops, without having to go into Dieppe itself. There is lots to do in the area and plenty of coastal views and scenery. The apartment is well located and equipped and Guillaume is extremely helpful. He was glad to arrange an appointment with the vet for tapeworm treatment for our dog before our return to the UK. (We also recommend The Vet "Diep' Off" at http://diepoff.chezmonveto.com/). Thoroughly recommended. We plan to return.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, à 2 pas de la mer, vu sur la mer de la chambre, tout à disposition. Seul petit point négatif : mal insonorisé, on a été réveillée à 7h30 le dimanche par un troupeau de bipèdes qui hurlaient à l'étage du dessus 😅. À part ça rien à dire, tout était parfait.

Bien situé, très bonne boulangerie à côté, calme Terrasse agréable, pas de vis a vis-à-vis. Points négatifs : pas de wifi, accès au logement compliqué pour handicapés en raison d’une forte pente de garage, Rangement de la vaisselle trop haut. Quelques rafraîchissements à réaliser.

Ort und Lage der Wohnung sehr gut. Für eine Souterrain-Wohnung ( in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt) schön hell und individuell eingerichtet. Im Bad eine große Ablagefläche, so dass der nicht vorhandene Kleiderschrank nicht sehr störte. Das (Hoch-)Bett war bequem und im Sitzen hatte man einen kleinen Blick auf‘s Meer. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten an der Küchenbar waren nicht wirklich gemütlich. Am meistens enttäuscht hat uns die Terrasse. Sie war etwas lieblos gestaltet. Der Blick von dort ging auf einen großen Parkplatz, die Terrasse selbst war leider nur zu 2/3 gefliest, der Rest war Asphalt. Die Pflanzen in den Kübeln waren nicht gepflegt und total vertrocknet. Die vorhandenen Möbel waren leider in keinem guten Zustand ( wirkten ungepflegt und hatten an vielen Stellen Rostschäden). Mit wenig Aufwand hätte das Objekt aufgewertet werden können. Schade!

Die Wohnung ist sehr originell eingerichtet, bietet jeden Komfort, vor allen Dingen vom Schlafzimmer aus einen wunderschönen Meeresblick. Die Küchenausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung ungewöhnlich gut. Leider gibt es Internet nur in der benachbarten Bäckerei, was einen von deren Öffnungszeiten abhängig macht. Über Satellit sind aber alle deutschen Sender zu sind empfangen, so dass Streaming nicht unbedingt erforderlich ist. Der Ort ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant "Les Regattes" direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung

Wir waren mit unserer 10 monatigen Tochter dort. Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sauber, Vermieter sehr nett. Strandpromenade ist Fußläufig innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen. Wer ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Idéalement situé, si près de la plage, et proche de Dieppe ; c'est une excellente adresse pour un court séjour. La location est agréable, il ne manque de rien. Tout petit bémol : pas de barrière de sécurité au niveau des escaliers, ce qui oblige à une vigilance constante lorsque l'on a des petits enfants. Nous n'avons rien dit car nous y étions que 2 nuits, mais cela doit pouvoir s'arranger en cas de séjour plus long.

Réservation de l'appartement pour une courte période (2j/1nuit). Nous avons pu arriver tranquillement en milieu d'après-midi, le logement nous attendait. Propreté, calme, vue sur mer très agréable, agencement et décoration soignés. Malgré une proximité sur route, le passage est quasi-inexistant, vous n'aurez que le silence comme fond sonore. Le patelin et ses alentours sont paisibles ; les ballades y sont nécessaires. Si vous souhaitez souffler, prendre l'air, avec un bon rapport qualité-prix, vous êtes sur la bonne annonce.
