Just a 5 minute drive from the white beaches of Capitolo of Monopoli, Trulli Francisto are a magnificent example of ancient Apulian country house, recently restored to bring back the beauty of the Apulian limestone. An oasis of beauty and light, set among the rolling hills that face and clear blue sea behind, Trulli Francisto is the ideal location for families with children where you can spend your magic holiday in Puglia in fully enclosed and protected environment but not for this far from the main facilities. The owners, producers of extra virgin olive oil from Puglia by many generations, will welcome you with fruit triumphs and always fresh vegetables of the day, for a true Mediterranean breakfast.
Trulli Francisto will welcome you in a large outdoor area, planted with lawn, where you will find a well-kept garden decor that leads into the 10x5 meters pool area, with a maximum depth of 1.40 meters. The pool is furnished with all equipment will be useful for your relaxing days, starting from the Italian designer chairs at tables with benches where you can sip a fine wine, the outdoor shower with hot and cold water or Jacuzzi.
Entering the house we are immediately in contact with a stone sky that makes up the ceiling of a large living room with TV, table, chairs and a sofa. On the right, the first large and bright double bedroom with a single sofa bed and on the left, on sight, we find a comfortable American style breakfast table facing a kitchen built entirely of wood and equipped with every necessary appliance.
Past the kitchen on the right is allocated the comfortable bathroom with laundry in front and a twin bedroom facing the french glass door that allows a view of the surrounding countryside.
The house has wifi that works perfectly even while lying down in the pool area. Although it is not normally necessary to use, the property has air conditioning in all rooms. This will allow you to create your favorite microclimate during the stay.
The beach area of Capitolo is about 5 km away where are present more than 20 restaurants and pizzeria, also overlooking the sea, as well as many pubs and both public or private beaches clubs.
Trullo house is your ideal location for families up to 5 persons and groups of friends who want to spend a fantastic holiday in Apulia, in the center of a large cultural and artistic area that will give you the opportunity, with a short drive, to visit Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Cisternino, Ostuni and Castellana Grotte. Wir haben diesen traumhaften Trullo für 2 Wochen im Juni 2022 gemietet und haben ihn geliebt. Ein wirklich mit viel Liebe reaurierter und toll eingerichteter Trullo.
Der Pool ist ebenfalls top. Ein erstaunlich großer Pool mit Überlaufbecken, super gepflegt. Es mangelt an nichts. Sonnenschime, Liegen, Gartenmöbel - alles vorhanden.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Absolut ruhig in einer Olivenplantage, wenige Autominuten zum Meer entfernt. Auch die wunderschönen umliegenden Städte mit Ihren tollen Altstädten sind super zu erreichen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank auch nochmal für die frischen Kirschen, Feigen, die selbstgemachte Marmelade und das leckere Olivenöl!

A superbly equipped, well decorated and very comfortable house with two very usable outside spaces plus the pool. One of the best places we've stayed at in Italy or anywhere. Whilst the house is in the middle of a working farm we never felt any less than private and it was always pleasant to be able to say hello to the workers as they passed by. There are lots of local towns and sites to see within an hour or so - Matera is a bit further but still worth the trip - and enough to see within half an hour to fill a week or more though it was just as pleasant to sit by the pool with a glass of wine and a good book.

Very pleased with the quality of the villa. Just one minor problem with air-conditioning unit which started to leak after the first time used. The main bedrooms air-con worked, but the lounge, kitchen and smaller bed room being so hot meant not much sleep! A room fan would have been helpful. Everything else, pool, cooting facilities etc.. were excellent. Thank you to Rose for the tomatoes, pears and aubergines!
