It is a first floor house in the city center.
Traditional Normandy townhouse, ideally located 10 minutes from the beach, casino and train station.
The pleasure of doing its market daily in the summer (50m from the house) bakery opposite for fresh bread for breakfast.
The house is composed of a living room with a large leather sofa, a dining area with a table and six chairs, 1 television with cable and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, combined microwave oven, electric coffee maker, toaster and crockery).
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (2 large double beds of 140, and 1 single bed). A bathroom with shower and toilet.
An ideal terrace for a nap or relaxing in the sun.
In the courtyard (depending on the period, can be adjoining) you will find a gas barbecue as well as a table and its set of chairs.

Shops nearby: market every day of the summer and during school holidays except Wednesdays, bakery, butcher, dry cleaner, hairdresser, bars, restaurants, banks, post offices etc....
Transport: the DEAUVILLE-TROUVILLE train station is 10 minutes walk away. Some streets are free, the rue Gambetta is paid every day as well as all the streets starting from the Place Morny, an underground parking lot is 5 minutes walk away.
