Completely renovated in 2015, this apartment is located in the heart of the old village called Douar Moulay abdeslam where you will appreciate the calm.
This apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished (contemporary and traditional Moroccan mix)
Located on the first and last floor, with an independent entrance, it exceptionally has two terraces, one of which is 70 m2 furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, armchairs and barbecue with panoramic views of the lagoon, as well as another of 15 m2 that can serve as a solarium.
Close to shops and a few minutes walk from the beach.
