Rental of a charming T2 apartment with 2 beds for 2 people including a large terrace in a peaceful, flowery and green small residence. Private pool and beach 5 minutes walk.
The rental was redone and new in July 2016.
Located in a residential area, the apartment has a parking space. It is located in the DRC in a small condominium comprising 7 apartments. The context is very calm and the terrace overlooks a small forest of holm oaks.

L'appartement est très chaleureux , très bien aménagé et très bien équipé !
Le lieu est tranquille et le voisinage sympathique .

Stilecht eingerichtet, insbesondere IKEA - Liebhaber kommen hier zum Zuge :-). Ruhige Nachbarschaft im 7 Parteienhaus, Nutzung des Pools ist unproblematisch und hat unseren Kindern viel Spaß gemacht - Pool gehörte zum festen Bestandteil des Tagesprogramms nach Ausflug in die Berge oder dem nahegelegenen Strand. In der Nachbarschaft zahme und kinderliebe Haustiere, Katzen und Hund.
Zur Lage: Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, führt aber über die Küstenhauptstraße. Boulangerie ist ebenfalls nicht weit und in Santa Lucia hat´s mit dem "Casino" einen großen Supermarkt, der alles zu moderaten Preisen anbietet. In der Nähe auch eine Touristen-Information, in der man seine Touren planen kann.
Alles in allem: die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen!
