About this house rental
La Treille is a pretty, charming house in Brittany with careful decoration.
You can rest there in peace, have lunch on the terrace and enjoy the flowered garden of 100 m², enclosed by walls.
Located 300m away, shops and daily market (in season) are accessible on foot without danger.
You can reach the cycle paths 150 m and the beach about 900 m from the house.
The house is designed and equipped with tableware for 7 to 10 adults.

• Large living room with fireplace, 2 sofas, armchairs, television; neat furniture and decoration.
• Spacious American kitchen fully equipped, opening onto the terrace and the garden. Old dining table 8 to 10 people.
• 1 bedroom (140x190 bed) with private bathroom.
• 1 separate WC, 1 hand basin
• 1 washing machine.
Upstairs :
• 1 large bedroom overlooking the garden, 2 single beds 80x190
• 1 bedroom on the street side, 1 140x190 bed
• 1 bathroom with 2 sinks, bath, bidet, towel radiator
• 1 dryer
• 1 separate WC
• 1 mezzanine with a single bed 90x190
Exterior: calm and sunny garden
• Terrace shaded by a trellis
• Garden furniture, barbecue.
• Shed, covered playground with sink
Possibility to rent household linen.

Fantastic location, very close to centre but in a very quiet street with bicycle shed entered in next street and access to house through garden. House very clean and tidy but garden could have done with a tidy and sweep of fallen leaves

We loved the house, which has been in the family for generations. The garden was especially beautiful and we spent a lot of time there. The house is very well equipped as well. The location is excellent: a 5 minute walk to the center of town and daily market, and restaurants. The beautiful beach is a 5-minute drive.
