About this cottage rental
House on large private lot with swimming pool for rent in the summer.
Ideally located in the heart of the Dordogne, 5 minutes from Sarlat only.
You will have the house, half a hectare of land without disturbing vis-à-vis and no pool for you!
The house offers on the ground floor 1 toilet, 1 bathroom (bath with shower screen), a living / dining room (convertible corner sofa bed in comfortable 140x200 cm) and a kitchen as follows: oven , microwave oven, four gas rings, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, grill 'cakes, electric kettle, electric hand blender, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ...
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with beds of 160x200 cm, 140x190 cm and 120x180 cm.
The staircase leading upstairs is very wide but a little steep: Ride is no problem but the descent is a little less comfortable.
The pool is in the middle of the court, (easy monitoring from the house and terrace). It is above ground, wood and new.
For your convenience you will find outside chairs, benches, chairs, tables, umbrellas, ...
Not far from here: 300 meters is a country bakery, 1 km from a bar-tabac - both open 7/7.
Baby kit provided if available.

The Dordogne valley with its picturesque landscapes, parks and castles, is just 10 km. You will find many car rental canoes / kayaks.
One can also practice rock climbing, caving, para-slope, bowling, horse riding, karting, paintball, and in whatnot ;-)
For lovers of prehistory ago the Vézère Valley.
Again outings in canoes / kayaks are GREAT - very exotic!
Many caves and pits known worldwide focus on little km2.
If I should just quote one it would probably be Lascaux.
But I refuse to stop there because I'm happy to work in a cave where the visitor can be nose-to-nose with stalagmites, stalactites and beautiful eccentrics - I'll tell you more when you're here ;-)
Another jewel in the caves is the Fond de Gaume aux Eyzies de Tajac.
And castles:
