The Villa for rent includes 2 pleasantly decorated bedrooms, both with sea views and each with their own shower room. The villa also has a large living room and an open fitted kitchen.
Outside, the veranda and the panoramic terrace will allow you to enjoy the view in the shade or in the sun. The attractive private swimming pool (10m by 5m) heated as an option has a chlorine-free filtration system and you can bathe in it at all hours of the day or night thanks to its lighting.
IMPORTANT: A DEPOSIT OF € 300 IN LIQUID IS REQUIRED ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL TO COVER ANY DAMAGES. IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU ON THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE AFTER THE SITE INSPECTION.

The property is great, well maintained, variety of kitchen appliances and all in a very good condition.
The villa is very clean.
The owners, who live nearby and manage it, added a lot of personal touches making it feel cosy.
The exterior is also great, BBQ, big swimming pool, sun loungers and the sea view is just amazing.
Communication with the owners was great throughout whole of our stay. The requests were dealt with really quickly and effectively.
There's really good restaurant nearby and supermarket.
Overall we had amazing time in the villa in Cumbre del Sol and we can sincerely recommend it.
