About this villa rental
Villa Tichatola is a new 2-bedroom villa with a modern decoration and fully air-conditioned.
Located a few meters from the beach of Toiny, you can walk to the beach and to the Toiny beach restaurant.
You enter into the villa by the kitchen, which is open to the living room that overlooks the terrace with the pool.
Both bedrooms have a sea-view and are located on either side of the living room.
You will be located about 10-15 minutes from St Jean and 15-20 minutes from Gustavia.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. We had wonderful communication before and during our stay. When we came to the house it was incredible. Beautiful pool, beautiful views, perfect amount of space. We were able to cook and truly enjoy our time at the villa. The villa is right next to the Beach, but not such a great beach for swimming, but don’t worry everything is just a short trip away! Very very happy to stay and would absolutely stay again!

The property itself was amazing BUT the view is marred by some construction and there almost constant noise from the construction

The villa and view was beautiful as advertised. Comfortable accommodations throughout. We cooked one night and had everything we needed. There is a limited selection of spices that was sufficient for us. The villa is quiet and peaceful. We found a small neighborhood pizza place that was perfect for a quick dinner. The concierge service was able to make our dinner reservations at L’Esprit while we enjoyed our time on the beach.
We would have appreciated a more in depth orientation to the villa but that is only a minor thing. We have stayed at Le Toiny up the hill from this villa during our previous visits and enjoyed the privacy of the villa. We look forward to returning.
