On the ground floor an elegant hall with its arch, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and access to an interior courtyard, a toilet and laundry. On the top floor are the double bedrooms, two of them with dressing room and bathroom ensuite and living room.



The exterior enclosed by an old stone wall, houses a covered porch, barbecue area with deckchairs and chillout area, private swimming pool with wooden decking and a pergola with deckchairs, palm trees, lawn area, and terraces.



Equipped with air conditioning cold / heat throughout the house, Wifi Internet, Sat TV, children's set free on demand, stairs and pool fenced on demand, cots and high chairs, pool towels. Half a week includes change of towels and cleaning bathrooms, for stays of more than a week change of sheets, towels and cleaning.



The nearest town is Buger, a couple of minutes by car where you can have a coffee in the town square, and where you can buy bread or newspaper, the beaches of Alcudia Bay or Pollensa just 15 minutes by car.
