The private wrap-around balcony serves as your personal vantage point to soak in the scenery of some of the northerly parts of the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.
The well-furnished living area features a spacious room ideal for family and friends to get together and chat about their day exploring the hills and glens.
The well-equipped kitchen sits adjacent to the dining room offering a bright space with a table for four with additional seating and coffee table. Making the Buzzard lodge perfect for entertaining.
With 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 king size with ensuite bathroom, bath and power shower over and 1 twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, hotel grade pocket sprung bed mattresses guests can rest and recharge ready for the activities of the following day.

The Portnellan Estate has been privately owned by the same family for over 40 years and offers fantastic facilities to include fresh run salmon and trout fishing on the estate lochs and river, plenty of cycling on and off road for all abilities. There are kayaks, paddle boards and rowing boats on the river and lochs and a games room offering a pool table, table tennis and table football as well as a wee gym. Clay pigeon shooting can also be arranged. Wifi is available throughout the estate as well as BBQ hire. A wee visitors centre offers you th use of a DVD library, a selection of board games as well as local produce for sale to include honey, a range of hand made candles, eggs from our ducks on the estate and organic meat products fresh from a farm locally, perfect for the BBQ or home cooking.
