Appartement très agréable

Appartement au 1er étage situé dans une petite résidence très au calme. Appartement très agréable, très propre conforme aux photos. La décoration est soignée. Le propriétaire Damien est très agréable. A facilité au maximum notre séjour en répondant à mes différentes questions ou attentes. Au niveau tourisme, la région est très belle. Beaucoup de choses à faire ou à découvrir. Le paysage côtier est superbe (Trégastel, Ploumanac'h). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Que du positif !

Au delà du très beau temps pendant ce séjour dans le Trégor nous avons aussi été enchanté par cet hébergement. Spacieux, bien agencé, équipement, mobilier et literie récents. le voisinage de la résidence est très calme. Sa localisation entre Lannion, Perros-Guirec et Trebeurden est idéale. N'hésitez pas à vous aventurer sur l'île Grande, jusqu'au centre ornithologique, vous y trouverez certainement le plus bel endroit de Bretagne pour voir le soleil se coucher au large !! Logement au top et Damien est très disponible ! A bientôt pour une rencontre entre Brives et La Rochelle ;) Franck (La Rochelle)

Tolles und gut ausgestattetes Apartment in ruhiger Wohngegend. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Gute Lage, mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell an den verschiedensten wunderschönen Orten in der Gegend der rosa Granitküste. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und intensiv erholt.

Appartement très spacieux, bien équipé, au calme, proche de Lannion (commune avec tous les commerces

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement très lumineux et spacieux. au pied de sentiers pédestres, et proche de Lannion (commune suffisamment grande pour y trouver tous les commerces nécessaires). A 5 personnes, (4 adultes et 1 enfant), nous l'avons trouvé très confortable même par temps de pluie. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A ne pas manquer : Lannion avec son escalier fleuri de 142 marches (vue imprenable sur la ville) et son marché le jeudi dans toutes les rues. Ile de Bréhat (si vous aimez la marche et les fleurs), dépaysement garanti ! Les bretons comme le propriétaire du logement sont très accueillants et courtois. Même nos enfants l'ont remarqué, que ce soit dans les endroits touristiques, commerces, piscines, voisins......Des vacances reposantes ( en juillet pour nous) loin de la foule, on se gare facilement partout, avec aussi de multiples activités culturelles et sportives, il faut réserver !

Nous avons séjournés en famille fin Août dans ce superbe appartement à 5 minutes en voiture de la 1ére plage dans cette région magnifique. L'appartement est grandiose et on se sent comme à la maison dés l'arrivée, il est très spacieux, bien agencé, moderne et décoré avec goût. Le propriétaire est très sympa et les voisins aussi ( ce qui a son importance quand nous sommes plusieurs appartements). L'appartement est situé prés de la plage d'Ile Grande (plage paradisiaque) ainsi qu' à proximité de Ploumanach ( village préféré des français 2015) titre mérité ainsi que de Perros-Guirec. Notre séjour fût parfait et je recommande vivement. Famille Van Weydevelt

Nous avons passés deux semaines agréable en famille dans cet appartement. Appartement bien agencé et décoré avec goût et d'une très bonne literie. L'appartement est bien situé pour découvrir les alentours et les activités pour les enfants. Propriétaire très sympathique et bonne attention dès notre arrivée avec des produits de la région. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location et nous reviendrons très vite, les enfants étaient ravis.

Superbe location dans une région magnifique. L'appartement est impeccable très bien équipé avec un agencement fonctionnel, très agréable à vivre car spacieux et lumineux avec une décoration soignée. L'endroit est calme et très bien situé pour de nombreuses découvertes vers les grands sites touristiques à proximité. Tout est présent pour vous permettre de passer un agréable séjour. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et d'une sympathie sans pareil toujours prêt à vous donner de bons conseils (restos, visites, etc....). Délicate attention pour notre arrivée avec de bons produits de la Bretagne. EXCELLENT!!!!!! Merci aussi à votre épouse pour le bon plan de la crêperie au camping de Ploumanach'. Pour résumer une adresse à garder et à recommander vivement (mais pas trop car à garder pour soi!!!!!!). Nous reviendrons bien évidemment. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Les vacanciers du 17/08 au 22/08 (79 les Deux-Sèvres).

Un séjour parfait!

L'appartement a été entièrement rénové avec beaucoup de goût et est très bien meublé; il est très confortable et idéalement placé à la croisée des sentiers de randonnées et à proximité de la mer (15 minutes à pied). Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve, en famille et au calme, dans cet appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé. La région est magnifique, la côte de granit rose est sauvage et les sentiers des douaniers (notamment ceux de l'Ile Grande à 5 minutes) sont parfaits pour admirer la mer et ses côtes découpées. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance de tomber sur cette location que nous recommandons vivement. Le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et très attentionné avec le souci de satisfaire pleinement ses locataires. Une location idéale à un prix très abordable...à ne pas rater... pour un séjour parfait!
