About this apartment rental
Wonderful well-located 2-bedroom apartment 20 meters from the beach with a top terrace overlooking the beach and sea.
The apartment spreads out over 2 floors. On the ground floor living and dining room, kitchenette, one room with double bed and built-in wardrobe, one bathroom and one balcony. On the first floor, one bedroom with a king-size bed and built-in wardrobe, one small living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, one bathroom and one wide balcony overlooking the beach, ideal for an al-fresco dining or to simply soak up the sun. From the property you have quick access to a wide array of restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets as well as the Praia da Luz seafront promenade which leads you to the church of Nossa Senhora da Luz. All of them within an array of 1 to 2 minutes from the door step. From the church you can comfortably walk around through the main street passing by a number of cafés and shops. Car is not required.
Several locations of historical interest can be found nearby, including the Roman ruins within the village, and the local church which is worth a visit. The village has retained much of its original charm.With Lagos on your doorstep, entertainment is only minutes away. The local guide, issued monthly, will inform visitors of festivals as diverse as the yearly food and confectionery fair, the summer jazz festival, sporting events, arts exhibitions (both ongoing and seasonal), and many other activities. Gastronomic variety and delights abound, not least centred around the fish market which provides local restaurants with an enviable variety of fish and seafood.

We had the best week in Luz. Beautiful, friendly little town.Beautiful beaches and boardwalks.The apartment was amazing, clean, and couldn’t want for a better location. 2 balconies both with views and privacy Bedroom is on second floor so if you have any issues with stairs it might be a problem.Will definitely be returning.

Clean appartement, nice beach within 2 minutes. But our week was very windy, so we couldn't sit outside.

The location was wonderful. The neighborhood was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. However, there were no trash bags for any of the garbage cans. When we enquired, we were told most guests buy their own! When we asked for beach towels we were told most guests bring their own. We rented for 9 days ran out out TP well before. Nightstands were put together halfway thru out visit. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked fine. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. The range top and stove were new. Fridge, microwave and toaster quite old. Could only operate one appliance at a time. Shower head on upstairs bathroom did not stay on and toilet seat was broken when we arrived. Both were fixed but it took several days. The condo did NOT live up to the pictures.
