Village house with 300 m2 of land. Ideal for family holidays. It includes 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 2 toilets and a bathroom. There is also a barbecue and covered terraces. A bike path passes next to the house and can reach the beach or the village of Rivesaltes. You can walk to the bakery, the supermarket and the village. Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque is a small village of 9800 inhabitants. You can do your shopping in the Mediterranean market every Thursday and Sunday morning.

La location est spacieuse et très agréable . Plusieurs commerces sont à proximité ( Intermarché et Lidl...). Les pistes cyclables sont proches de la location et permettent d'aller jusqu'à la plage par " la voie verte". Les personnes qui nous ont remis les clefs sont très accueillants et de bons conseils (disponibles en cas de besoin). Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances avec nos trois enfants dans cette belle région . Nous recommanderions cette location .

superbe maison pour de superbes vacances en famille. nous avons passé de bonnes vacances avec nos 4 enfants. maison agréable et très spacieuse, superbe cuisine tout équipée, terrasse agréable, chambres spacieuses, avec jardin tout clôturé très sécurisant pour les enfants. la plage a coté sans prendre la voiture, maison avec toutes les commodité a coté. endroit plein de vie , ça bouge pour des vacances dans une bonne ambiance.
