About this apartment rental
Independent cottage in charming villa (independent entrance). Comfortable and spacious, Panoramic view of the lake, countryside and surrounding villages (cottage located on a hill). Located in the Albi-Gaillac-Cordes triangle, you are close to sites to visit, golf courses, leisure centers. Shops and services are nearby (5 km). Albi and the cathedral 12 km. Land 3000 m2, wooded, flowered and fenced. Carport. Swimming pool 5x10, 1m60 deep, petanque court, gazebo reserved only for the tenant of the cottage. Quiet.
Around the cottage, you have the possibility of hiking (themed circuits), bike rides (greenway)., car tours (The Albigensian bastides, Winegrowers' walks., The Sidobre and its granite rocks). Local markets take place almost every day in one village or another. From June to September, activities are organized by the city of Albi, Gaillhac... Documentation is provided in the cottage.
The pool is equipped with an anti-fall alarm in accordance with the legislation in force. However, the rental will be refused if there are children who do not know how to swim or who are less than 1m20 tall due to the proximity of the pool to the house (3m) and the depth (1m60).
You can contact me for any information/reservation after 7pm or evening if possible.

Nous passé un superbe séjour. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, sympathique, et très discret. Nous recommandons cette location avec une belle vue et un calme parfait pour se reposer.

Location à la campagne, calme, sans vis à vis. Bien située entre Albi Gaillac Toulouse. Grande surface à une dizaine de km. Photos conformes au logement
Points positifs : très belle terrasse, belle piscine, cuisine bien équipée
Point négatif : manque de lumière dans la salle de bains, en particulier pour la douche.
