The villa is located in a 2 hectare park (games for children, table tennis, bowling green), 300 m from the beach and 300 m from shops (supermarket, press, bakery, butcher, shops, restaurants, hairdresser, bank , pharmacy ....)
The villa is ideal for several families, 4 bedrooms with a large 180cm bed (king size), and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and another bedroom with 2 single beds in 90.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the house is air conditioned and comfortable.
The villa's private swimming pool is secure (closed by a floor - terrace).
Mandatory additional costs to be paid on site:
Household: 190 €
Electricity: 0.18 € per kwh
Bed linen: 10 € / bed
Late arrival after 8 p.m .: € 45
Animals: 40 €
Possibility to rent towels: 10 € / pers

DOMMAGE QUE LE DEBIT D'EAU SOIT INSUFFISANT surtout pour les douches et les wc! a part cela excellente villa avec toutes les commodités a proximité.

Villa très agréable , spacieuse .Nous étions 14 et bien à l'aise. Tout est bien pensé pour 14 personnes. comme il faisait très chaud, nous avons énormément apprécié la piscine privée et le bbq, ainsi que la clim dans la grande salle. Et un très bon contact avec la propriétaire. les enfants ont aimé le poulailler en face de la maison et leur donnait à manger.
