About this house rental

300 m from the village centre. No noise annoyance. Beautiful new house with mosaic tiled swimming pool (10x4 - blue lagoon water colour), lit in the evening, and large 27 sq.m terrace by the pool.
For 8 persons, 2 floors, 4 design bedrooms, and new equipped kitchen.
TV, Hi-Fi, home theatre, and fan in each room.
2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160cm) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds.
2 sun umbrellas, 8 Lafuma sun loungers, Weber BBQ, table and 8 teak chairs in the terrace.
Nice view over the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. Interior designed by an architect and outdoor property conceived by a landscape architect. 800sq.m gated property, with fences and gate, including a large garage.
Walks in the Dentelles de Montmirail (200m) and Ventoux (ski in Winter); quiet; Muscat and Beaume-de-Venis wine; local markets; cicadas with their melodious son; ideal to explore the Vaucluse and the Lubéron and 20 min from Avignon TGV and 45 min from Marseille airport.

We enjoyed our stay in the villa of Joëlle and Eric! Beaumes De Venise is a pretty small village. Everything, supermarket, restaurants, bakery are near to the villa. if you are a wine enthusiast, as we are, Beaumes De Venise, famous for Muscat sweet wine, is a good starting point to Vacqueyras and Gigondas. :-) The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden including a large pool. We will come again next year.

Wir haben die Zeit in Beaumes-de-Venise sehr genossen und haben uns hervorragend erholen können. Der Blick auf den Mont Ventoux ist permanent präsent und die gesamte Landschaft ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist sauber und recht gut ausgestattet und der Pool verfügt über Salzwasser !!! Schön ist auch, dass der kleine Ortskern mit Bäcker, Wochenmarkt, Supermarkt Ölmühle und einigen Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub!
