About this apartment rental

In Port Maria, facing the islands (Belle Ile, Houat and Hoedic), apartment of 70 sqm completely renovated very quiet on the top floor of a residence (with elevator) with access by digital code, 100 m from the beach.

Forget your car! ideal for everywhere on foot, shopping, restaurant and entertainment.
If the sun is not at the rendezvous, which is rare, shopping is very pleasant to Quiberon Lighthouse Whale Kaki Crazy (Armani, Berenice, Leon and Harper ...) and Nina are my 3 shops favorite. Nina is very happy to come home to introduce her clothes !!

Bicycle rentals on site.

Great apartment close to all amenities

Great apartment close to all amenities

The apartment is well equipped and offers views of sea and town. And during our stay the weather was really good for the most part. There are plenty of restaurants located nearby; lots of seafood. And, if you fancy cooking it yourself, plenty of fishmongers - one you can see from the apartment. Also a mini-mart just downstairs. There is an excellent market on Saturday mornings. (Probably 10 mins walk.) And every morning there are a few seafood stalls selling their overnight catch. We were there during the world cup so when France were playing, the bars were just like that scene in Casablanca when Victor Laszlo gets them to play the Marseillaise. Very exciting. Altho we had our car, there was so much going on in town that we just parked up on the Saturday of our arrival and didn't get back in the car until a fortnight later when we left. We'll be back!

Appartement très bien situé avec beaucoup de cachet ,très bien équipé avec une cuisine moderne et très bien agencée! Bonne literie .Par sa situation proche plage, commerces, boulangerie, restaurants tout en étant au calme et en plus une place de stationnement non négligeable à QUIBERON. Que du bonheur! Propriétaire à l'écoute et réactif et très bon accueil. Nous avons été très satisfaits. Location à recommander et nous aimerions revenir pour profiter du solarium!! en avril encore un peu frais!!!

Location à recommander ! L'appartement est très bien équipé et magnifiquement situé. Seul petit bémol : le ménage aurait pu être fait de manière plus scrupuleuse pour une location de ce standing (traces sur les vitres, sable dans les chambres, poussière, ...). L'accueil du concierge, pressé d'aller accueillir d'autres vacanciers dont il reçoit les appels pendant qu'il nous remet les clés, est également un peu déroutant car extrêmement rapide et succinct ...

Idéalement placé, face à la plage principale. Accès rapide aux commerces, à la plage et à la côte sauvage, à ne surtout pas manquer Appartement très bien décoré et équipé. Le balcon suffit pour 3 personnes mais est un peu juste pour 4. Malgré le soleil nous n'avons pas profité du solarium.

Nous avons passé avec nos 2 enfants une très belle semaine Mi juillet 2018 dans ce bel appartement, idéalement situé au dernier étage d’une résidence bien entretenue. Rien ne manque dans l’appartement: literie de qualité, salle de bain moderne, cuisine parfaitement équipée. Mais également quelques DVD, et autres jeux de société pour toute la famille. Et quelle vue!! Seules (petites) déceptions, le barbecue type Weber fatigué et rouillé, inutilisable sur le solarium au dessus de l’appart et le ménage un peu « light » entre 2 locations, clairement pas au niveau de la qualité et du standing de cet appartement (propriétaires informés et ont immédiatement réagi pour solutionner le problème) Propriétaires disponibles et à l’ecoute. Nous recommandons cette location sur quiberon.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Appartement verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt , unser Auto stand auf einem abgeschlossenem Parkplatz , welcher zu der Anlage gehört und mit einer automatischen Torschließanlage ausgerüstet ist . Auf diesem Parkplatz ist auch ein überdachter Abstellplatz für Fahrräder . In das Appartement gelangt man sehr bequem mit einem Aufzug , die Ausstattung der Küche ist vorzüglich , ebenso das Badezimmer , meerseitig ist das Appartement vollverglast mit Schiebetüren und Balkon davor , ausgebaut . Über dem Appartement befindet sich eine große Dachterasse . Der Ausblick über den Fährhafen bis hin zum Casino ist unglaublich . Merci beaucoup !

A quelques pas du centre ville cet appartement tout confort vous donnera l'occasion de passer d'excellentes vacances. Tout y est et rien ne manque pour des vacances réussies. Vue imprenable sur la mer et le port. De plus la literie de très bonne qualité vous permet de passer de bonnes nuits et au calme. La presqu'île vaut le déplacement pour ses nombreuses promenades, ses commerces et nombreux restaurants. Nous avons également visité Carnac, Auray, Vannes, port Louis, belle île en mer, sans oublier les petits villages autour de Quiberon. Alors n'hésitez pas à louer cet appartement et venez découvrir la région, vous ne le regretterez pas. Merci à Monsieur et Madame Montecchio.

Aucune mauvaise surprise. On a bcp apprécié la cuisine très bien équipée. Cuisiniers de métier, mon mari et moi même, on s est fait plaisir. On a passé un bon moment. On garde la bonne adresse....Et bien sûr on recommande sans problème.

L'appartement est conforme à la description, parfaitement équipé, situé idéalement au centre de Quiberon. De la pièce principale, on profite d'une vue de carte postale. Rien ne manque, que ce soit aux niveaux cuisine, linge de maison, rangements. Du point de vue environnement, c'est très calme. Les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été fort agréables, de même avec la personne qui nous a accueillis. Toujours disponibles. Commerces, restaurants, tout est à proximité immédiate. La presqu'île et les environs ne demandent qu'à être découverts, c'est magnifique. Si nous devons de nouveau séjourner à Quiberon, nous savons où résider. Nous recommandons fortement cette propriété. Sans doute un des plus bel appartement que nous ayons loué. Tout ce qui peut manquer habituellement dans une location classique s'y trouve, en plus d'une douche ET baignoire. Très calme, tout en étant proche du centre et de la plage. Poissonnerie(s), boulangeries, restaurants, et librairie en bas de l'immeuble. Et surtout la plus belle vue de Quiberon, nous y étions le 14 juillet et avons pu profiter du spectacle. Propriétaire au petit soin qui n'a pas hésité à faire beaucoup de route pour une simple fuite d'eau. Nous recommandons sans aucun problème.
