About this villa rental
Rent superb villa, luxury construction, with secure heated swimming pool (by a submerged electric shutter) and garden facing south, 200m from the beaches and the port of Sainte Marie La Mer.
Access to the beach on foot (5 minutes) via the moorland paths.
Villa built in 2014 of 170m2 comprising on the ground floor: a living room with US fitted kitchen of 80m2, a scullery, an entrance hall, a WC.
Upstairs: 1 suite with 20m2 bedroom with dressing room and shower room (walk-in shower), 3 bedrooms from 12 to 15m2 with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, WC.
Capacity: 8 people (+ 2 extra beds possible).
Wooded land of 1000m2 with heated swimming pool, secure 8m / 4m with integrated roller shutter, 1 terrace adjoining the house of 35m2 and a pool house with terrace of 30m2, 1 giant trampoline 4.60 m in diameter, table tennis table. ..The horses are at the end of the garden!
Comfortable villa, air conditioning, fully equipped 2 refrigerators, freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wifi, 125cm flat screen TV, alarm, barbecue, motorized gate.
End of stay cleaning included.
Sheets and towels provided on request.
Places to park 4 cars.
On foot: near the beaches, the port, shops, cycle paths.
By car: Perpignan, Collioure, Leucate, Spain, Barcelona and the Pyrenees are close by! If you wish, we will give you all the information you need to enjoy the beaches, the mountains and the best places in the department!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d’Emeric et nous y sommes sentis rapidement comme chez nous. Prévoir des vêtements longs ou des fumigateurs pour le soir car il y a quelques moustiques le soir sur Sainte Marie.

Generally good but description in listing not fully accurate -
No towels or sheets could be provided
Single beds were not made available on arrival
Hosts cats were left at the property and guests were expected to feed - cats roamed in and out of house and vomited in the house twice
Limited storage and surface space as hosts left a lot of their personal belongings in situ
Plenty of mosquitoes for company if outdoor eating
No indoor dining table and breakfast bar only accommodates 5-6
Pool good but required daily maintenance by guests
