This cottage, located in Moye, above Rumilly in the Albanian canton is on the slopes of Clergeon (1025m), facing Mont Blanc; it is surrounded by meadows, orchards and woods. This place has retained its charm and authenticity without sacrificing comfort ... You can take advantage of the tranquility of the place or go on an excursion to the neighboring towns: Annecy, Aix les Bains, Chambéry or Geneva ... unless you prefer hiking in the mountains in the Aravis, Bauges or around Chamonix. You will have the choice for swimming in a natural environment with, for example, Lake Annecy or that of Le Bourget. In winter, skiing or sledding can be done after an hour's drive.

The gite is very comfortable, well equipped and situated within easy reach of many attractions. We found the owners very friendly and helpful, they were happy to spend time making recommendations regarding walks and visits. There are folders which provide lots of information about the area and we could easily have stayed for longer and still had plenty to do. The walking in the area is excellent with well marked tracks and a wide range of challenge. Visiting Annecy was a highlight, we hired bikes at very reasonable rates and cycled around the lake which is beautiful. I have already recommended the property to a work colleague without reservation. It really was a wonderful holiday made magical by the views across to Mont Blanc.

We stayed in this gite for a week in June. The location is very good, half an hour from Annecy andthe lake, and with many beautiful little villages nearby. The house itself was very clean and well equiped, spacious and comfortable. It had a parking space, free internet conection and a very nice garden to relax at the end of the day. The views are just amazing, and we were able to rest a lot, since it's located in a very quiet area and the silence at night is amazing. Rumilly is only minutes away by car, and there you will find all kinds of shops and a big supermarket (Super U) to buy groceries. Also, the owners were very helpful with our doubts, and very respectful of our intimity. We would definitely reccomend this house to a friend.

We stayed at this gorgeous gite for 4 nights with our 1-year-old daughter. We absolutely loved it! The owners were extremely welcoming - and we really appreciated the fresh lettuce from the garden, and the jam and the wine. It's in a beautiful rural location with fantastic views to Mont Blanc etc in the distance. And it's really well positioned for exploring the surrounding area - with the stunning Lac D'Annecy to the east and Lac du Bourget to the west. Our daughter enjoyed playing in the garden and there are lovely walks through peaceful meadows just minutes from the front door. Inside, the property has been lovingly and sympathetically renovated. The decor is simple and stylish and there's plenty of space. A lovely place - would highly recommend it.

Auf den ersten Blick ein gemütliches, authentisches Plätzchen. Die FeWo mit separatem Eingang befindet sich in einem großen ehemaligen Bauerngebäude. Die Besitzer leben auch in dem Haus, aber dazwischen ist noch ein großer Schuppen. Freundliche, aber unaufdringliche Gastgeber. Der schöne Garten darf genutzt werden. Fantastischer Ausblick, bei gutem Wetter sieht man den Mt Blanc. Herrlich sind auch die Kühe, die einen morgens am Fenster begrüßen. Leider kann ich die Wohnung auf den zweiten Blick nur eingeschränkt empfehlen. Für Wanderer top. Aber Auto unabdingbar. Weit weg vom Ortskern und zum nächstgrößeren Ort Rumilly. Kindern wird es schnell langweilig. Es war sehr ungepflegt und nicht hygienisch gereinigt. Der Sofabezug wurde noch nie gereinigt. Die Küchenschränke waren sehr verschmutzt. Kühlschrank auch. Und das Bad erst 🥴 Kein Steckdosenschutz. Unter der FeWo befinden sich die Öltanks, was leider für extreme Geruchsbelästigung sorgt. Empfindliche Menschen können sich bei geschlossenen Türen kaum innen aufhalten. Zum Glück waren wir im Juni da und fast nur unterwegs oder draußen im Garten.

Ein schönes, komplett renoviertes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht - bei schönem Wetter ist der Montblanc direkt aus dem Garten zu sehen! Sehr nette Vermieter. Alles mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten, moderne Küche, wo es alles notwendige gibt. Ruhige, angenehme Ungebung. Die Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor der Tür. Die Vorschläge für Spaziergänge und kleine Wanderungen in der blauen Mappe sind sehr hilfsreich. Das Auto ist absolut notwendig. Die Kirschen aus dem Garten waren sehr lecker! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Super séjour dans cette location où rien ne manque! Tout le nécessaire pour le quotidien y est et les propriétaires nous ont gâtés de petites attentions. Une vue superbe ! Un jardin splendide. Il faut compter environ 35-40min de route pour les accès au lac et autres activités aux alentours. On recommande !

Die ideale Unterkunft für entspannten Urlaub! Das Haus auf ca. 600m Höhe bietet innen eine moderne, saubere und vollwertige Ausstattung inklusive Waschmaschine. Der rustikale Charme des Gebäudes und die ländliche Umgebung lassen einen den Alltagsstress sofort vergessen. Abendessen vor der herrlichen Aussicht auf die Alpen (inkl. Mont Blanc) ist dank guter Küchenausstattung und eines Grills im Außenbereich ein tolles Erlebnis. In der nächsten Stadt (ca. 15 min mit dem Auto) gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Weg zu den Seen, an die Rhone pder in die Berge ist kurz. Man kann in der Umgebung viel unternehmen ohne weit zu fahren. Die Vermieter wohnen im hinteren Teil des Hauses und sind sehr freundlich und diskret. Besonders haben uns die vielen Wandervorschläge, Wanderbücher und Tipps für Unternehmungen gefallen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Der Kaminofen war Gold wert, da es leider nicht immer so warm war. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. In der Näheren Umgebung kann man viele interessante Orte erkunden, z.B. Annecy, Gorges du Fier, Aix-les-Bains aber auch viele schöne Fahrradrouten. Von der Wohnung hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge, auch auf den Mont Blanc. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le gîte est douillet, décoré avec goût, tout confort et avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Un vrai bonheur pour des parisiens d'ouvrir les volets et de voir la nature ! L'accueil est excellent, merci encore pour l'information concernant le parc animalier, c'était vraiment bien. Merci également pour toutes les petites attentions, notamment les légumes du jardin qui étaient excellents. Bref, que du positif ! On va recommander à notre entourage et on espère bien revenir ! En plus la région est magnifique, avec pleins de chose à voir et tous les guides mis à disposition dans le gîte et astuces de autres vacanciers nous ont aidé à faire notre programme.
