About this villa rental
Mas des Roches is a large villa located between Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. This five-star guesthouse features a spa with a jacuzzi and sauna. It is a prestigious guest house classified 5 *****. It can accommodate large groups or families of 15 to 18 people. It is located 15 minutes from Aix en Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille. Access: 8 minutes from the A7 motorway, 15 minutes from Marignane (Marseille airport: MRS) and 20 minutes from Aix en Provence TGV station.
With its 300 m², it welcomes you in the middle of a 3200 m² pine forest in absolute calm and with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. It is ideally located for exploring the magnificent and varied landscapes of Provence.
These Villa is an ideal place for your holiday stays with family or groups of friends but also for your events related to your business.
You will enjoy absolute relaxation around the swimming pool and its spa area where you will find a jacuzzi and sauna. Massages (ayruvedic massages) are possible on request
The 40 m² pool-house carved into the rock offers a summer kitchen, equipped with an 18th century Cassis stone sink.
The farmhouse offers two types of accommodation:
Renting the entire house, 18 to 20 people can stay in total comfort while preserving everyone's privacy.
In individual rooms, namely 2 rooms and 3 studios are with independent access.
The property is arranged on two levels:
The ground floor which constitutes the main part, namely large living room with an open-plan kitchen and 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have Italian shower and one with a spacious bathroom, and 3 toilets. Three terraces overlooking the pine forest and the countryside decorate this level. Two rooms are available for individual rental.
The Garden level has 3 studios, each also equipped with a terrace, one of which is very spacious (45m2). On this same level you will find the swimming pool surrounded by a deck with garden furniture and deckchairs and the pool house carved into the rock equipped with a large summer kitchen.
In the garden located below the swimming pool you will find a large playground for young and old: a bowling alley, a trampoline and swings complete the set for the enjoyment of young and old. You can party, rest, stroll, together or separately.
And there are a host of excursion destinations from the house, from the Calanques and the Côte Bleue, to the Alpilles, Vaucluse and Lubéron ...
A large car park that can accommodate is at your disposal to facilitate your access.

We had a very nice stay. The location was great for side trips into Marseilles, the beach and a wine tour. My children and grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

A lovely property for a large group but mainly not very clean. We found out issues as the week went on, units in kitchen looked clean but inside doors had stains and finger marks on them. Shower drains full of hairs, grease and grime . Kitchen drawers had mice droppings in them which was unacceptable. We were also asked to look after their cat as the owners were going to their second home a 2 hr drive away!why wern’t We told about this? We were a group of 16 so what if someone had an allergy? Unfortunately we will not be returning
