About this house rental
Superb villa on 2 floors of + -200 m2 located in L'Escala (carrer vall d'aran nº 50), quiet area to more or less 1500 m from the beach of Riells (+ - 15 minutes on foot) and its shops, About 2200 m from the beach of Montgó and its shops, and 3 minutes by car from the village.
The house is located next to the forest, direct access for walks, jogging, sport etc ... thanks to the trails.
The house sleeps up to 12 people.
Ideal for large family or group of friends. There are 6 double rooms including 4 suites.
Wifi access + French channels.

First floor:

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds of 80 x 190,
- 1 shower room, bidet + wc.

Entrance, corridor with 2 suites and laundry in the bottom with storage, washing machine, fridge etc ...
In the corridor :
- BEDROOM 3, suite: 2 single beds 90 x 190 + 1 shower room + wc,
- BEDROOM 4, suite: 1 double bed 160 x 200 + 1 shower room + wc,
From the outside, access to 2 independent suites:
- BEDROOM 5, suite: 1 double bed 160 x 200 + 1 shower room + wc,
- BEDROOM 6, suite: 2 single beds 90 x 190 + 1 shower room + wc.
