About this apartment rental
Our cottage is designed for up to 4 people classified 2 stars, referenced under the number BRT16HTG located on a hillside 500m from the village with all shops. For more information you can contact us at 05 59 88 92 56.
Stuck in the back of our house, on the ground floor and independent including kitchen, bathroom with toilet and 2 bedrooms. Not overlooked or noisy neighbors. We are discreet but we will be at your disposal if you need.
A closed courtyard in front of the cottage and reserved only for our holidaymakers with the possibility of returning their car to shelter in shed nearby if bad weather.
Covered terrace furnished at the entrance of the cottage very pleasant for the summer. Barbecue.
WIFI connection.
Beds made in full on arrival. (free) Towels are provided upon request. 3 € / person. You can bring it if you prefer.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to receive 4 people maximum with TV, dishwasher, washer dryer, pressure cooker, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, iron etc ...
Shower room with sink, shower and toilet. Hair dryer provided. The toilet is in the bathroom.
Two rooms:
One with a 140/190 bed for 2 people.
The second with 2 beds of 90/190.
Possibility to add a cot and high chair if available. Ask at the reservation.
Since there is no living room, we put in this second room a sofa and a second TV.
Clim reversible with heat pump.
Possibility to rent from 3 nights. Contact us.
A deposit of 250 € by check will be requested upon arrival and returned on departure if the accommodation has not been damaged.
The cleaning must be done before departure as well as the tableware and garbage emptied.
On this subject 50 € cash will be requested upon arrival and will not be returned if the rules are respected. Thank you.
Holiday checks accepted.

Charges not included: electricity will be charged according to consumption. 0,16 € the kwt (meter).
We recommend our holidaymakers to take out cancellation insurance with Europ Assistance (for example) and bring a certificate of insurance for holiday homes.

Among the sites to visit we recommend:
First of all our ski resort 20 minutes from the cottage. (The St. Martin's Stone)
The La Verna Room at La Pierre St Martin (accessible to all public),
The path of the Mature, the animal park of BORCE with its bears of the Pyrenees,
The little Artouste train ect ....
The hostesses of the tourist office ARETTE will be happy to receive you and advise you for your hikes !!!!

This property surpassed our expectations. It was set in the foothills of the French Pyrenees with beautiful views of the surrounding countyside. There was lots of hiking around and about and we really appreciated coming back to the creature comforts in the evening. The property was exceptionally well equipped. This was our first trip to this part of France and and we wished we had booked for longer. Many thanks to our host for a wonderful stay. We would definitely visit again.

This gite is in a glorious mountain location with beautiful views and the sound of the bells on the sheep grazing nearby. We had a warm and generous welcome, enjoyed the practical, warm and comfortable accommodation and explored the locality. It was a wonderful week amongst friends and we plan to return as soon as we can!

Nous avons été bien accueilli avec une petite tarte aux pommes maison et boisson fraîche. Le cadre est conforme à l'annonce avec une climatisation fonctionnelle, des appareils électro ménager quasiment neufs et propres. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée et les serviettes de toilette sont fournies. Il y a même un garage fermé pour le véhicule et une cour privative clos pour la toutounette.
Maïté est présente en cas de questions et ou problèmes, elle habite la maison mitoyenne, et n'est pas avare en conseils. Encore merci pour ce charmant séjour dans cette belle région. Franck et Karine

Merci à Maïté pour son accueil. Son sourire et sa bonne humeur nous ont fait chaud au cœur. la location est très confortable avec vraiment tout le nécessaire et que dire de la vue sur la montagne et les champs, pour se reposer rien de tel. c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons et nous ne manquerons pas d'en parler autour de nous. une caresse à Fanny et à Picard et bon courage à Maïte
