About this apartment rental
Beautiful furnished duplex in residence with pool access, barbecue, griddle, bar and pool table and courtyard garden + secure parking.
Small mountain view (Piton des Neiges)
Just 15 minutes from the beaches of the southern capital.
Its location is in the 'hills' (600 m) and allows you to enjoy day or night with a pleasantly more temperate climate than the coastal heat or cool tops.
Access to the pool of the apartment by a private gate. This access allows you to take meals at the poolside or in the courtyard garden with a possible view of the sea with use of the bbq or griddle. It also allows access to the bar next to the underground parking and billiards.
Downstairs, the living room-kitchen with sofa-bed and a bathroom with toilet;
A staircase gives access to the first floor to a spacious attic room with TV and desk.
Amenities available:
- In the kitchen, washing machine and clothesline-type tancarville in the private space outside the apartment, kitchen area with bench and 4 gas, double sink, with American fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster bread ... many dishes and kitchen accessories available
- In the bathroom, shower, sink and toilet, with convenient storage.
- Access to the pool: pool furniture (table, chairs, umbrella ...)
Tourist attractions: Located between sea and mountains:
- The coral sands of St. Peter in 10 minutes by motorway with all the amenities of a resort (bars, restaurants, shopping...)
- Access to typical mountain sites of Reunion as the circuit to the Piton de la Fournaise (volcano) or views of Grand Bassin (waterfall hikes possible) or on the Rivière des Remparts (botanical course and ICP nic)
