Pros: excellent location, easy to get to from Port by KTEL bus 3 euro pp.
Really good value for money room.
Lovely sea view.
Hotel beach bar does a lovely lunch.
Sun loungers available for additional cost but you do get a discount (10%) along with discount on food/drinks at the beach bar.
Lots of food and drink options around, only a short walk into nearby village.
Air con in room was great.
Super spot for a 3 day break before moving on to another island.
A parasol would've been great for the balcony as it got direct sunlight in the morning and was quite strong.
The room we were in was a bit noisy as it was directly above bar/kitchen at the end of the block and had 2 big metal pipes running up the side so the odd banging sound could be heard from below.
The fridge was quite noisy but then again if you want to keep drinks cold, you'll need a fridge in the room.
Shower very small and the curtain could get in the way.

The restaurant was more average, some of the staff weren’t very attentive. I spent a lot of time waiting to be served as they would do other jobs

Location was great, aesthetic, view from our room, party on sundays, up front beach
The room could have been cleaned more teouhhoutly, we ran out of toilet paper, the glasses were not clean, water was dripping to the balcony from the AC

The hotel was situated right in piso livadi and the beach was absolutely stunning with lovely sea. Loads of parking available for the rented quad bike, food was really good and drinks were excellent, reasonably priced and very lively atmosphere. Some of the staff were friendly and accommodating.
There was neighbours on both sides with screaming kids which lasted until early hours in the morning and started again around 7am. Cleaning was not adequate, some staff were extremely rude and stand offish, 10% discount was not applied all the time. Air conditioning drain leaking in the balcony was extremely filthy and left a foul smell in the morning, there was blood on the bed frame, a lot of human hairs on bed and in the shower.
