This is what you see from the house.
Raise your hand if you've always dreamed of spending your holidays by the sea... That's what we thought!
The advantages of the house
Feet in the water: you no longer need to take your car to get to the sea, you are already there!
For those who come to fetch the sea, you can enjoy it all day long.
Ideally located by the sea, you have direct access to the large fine sandy beach from the house's terrace, with no roads to cross.
You will enjoy the view of the beach and the sea, from the terrace and the master bedroom.
You will spend most of your time outdoors, on the terrace to enjoy your meals facing the sea or to take a nap and enjoy the benefits of the sea air.
The surroundings
Once there, if you want to land, you park the car (private parking) and you have restaurants and shops nearby.
For those who love walking, the villages of Leucate and Barcares are nearby. In high season you can enjoy the beach bar (200 m).
The house is also a good base for "great trips" to Spain or the region: even if you are on the beach, you should not forget the hinterland, with its Cathar castles, vineyards, gourmet restaurants, the Sigean animal park and the city of Carcassonne located an hour away.
Sports and physical activities
You like to relax in the water but you don't like salt, you can enjoy the pool from mid-June to mid-September.
For the more sporty ones, you can practice various water sports and other outdoor activities nearby (windsurfing, canoeing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, water park, accrobranche, jet skiing, mini golf, sea walking...).

Nous avons loué cette maison fin juillet 2011. Cette une maison est idéale pour le repos et comporte toutes les facilités d'usage. Les amoureux de la mer ne seront pas deçu, la vue est magnifique, l'accès à la plage est direct de la térrasse. En gros, on arrive avec la voiture et elle ne bouge plus du temps du sejour ( petits commerces de dépannage à deux pas ). Pour les amoureux de la marche, Leucate et Barcares ne sont pas trés loin à pieds. Nous avons été bleuffé par le calme, sourtout au petit matin, le soleil se léve et on entend que la mer et les grillons. Bref, cette maison porte bien le nom de leurs propriétaires. A recommander vivement.
