Great house and location but beds need new mattresses and well water needs softener or filtration

Great location. Wasn’t told about no air conditioning so had to figure that out ourselves but still pretty hot except basement is freezing. Beds are ok. Washer doesn’t work so that was a surprise. Breaker blew on hot tub after storm and we couldn’t fix that so we left a day early.

Its a great location close to everything. The well water could use more purification, but not a big deal. It's a nice getaway. We enjoyed building fires and relaxing in the hot tub.
