Charm and authenticity: you will take advantage of your stay in Burgundy to visit Dijon, its historic center, its gardens, its cathedral and its churches, its museums ... All on foot! or by tram (two lines 5 mins away).
This is the owners' personal apartment.

Great location. Very spacious and clean. Well supplied and very comfortable and quiet. Nice small market across the street. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Easy walk to any place in old town. Stayed for 4 nights and never moved the car once we arrived.

Lovely family apartment close to centre

Lovely family apartment close to centre

We were here for three nights and enjoyed our stay despite the rain and wind. The location could hardly be better: two minutes from Square Darcy, where the two trams and most of the city buses stop; five minutes from one of the main shopping streets; and ten minutes to the Palais des Ducs. The historic centre is almost completely pedestrianised so walking around is very easy. There is a Spar supermarket directly opposite but also an organic shop in the main shopping street and a choice of bakeries nearby. Of course, there are lots of restaurants, cafes and bars too, but we preferred to cook in, particularly since the kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to use some of the various oils and vinegars left by the owners. The living area is very nice, high and spacious, with antique (if rather uncomfortable) furniture, the dining area is also large and light with its plastic roof, and the garden would be an absolutely delightful place to while away some time in more clement weather. Beds are comfortable, although we found the duvets rather hot and the pillows a bit soft (but that's an individual taste). Neither room is very dark, despite the shutters, and the front room gets some noise from the road when the windows are open. The owners were delightful and easy to communicate with. You can tell that this is a well-loved home that they have decided to make available to visitors and we appreciated all the pictures and family photos. We would certainly stay here again if we were ever back in Dijon, a much under-rated city.

this is a lovely home with a beautiful garden, close to town and the train station. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. I would highly recommend it for a family traveling to Dijon. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights here.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons pu profiter en plein centre de Dijon d'un magnifique jardin au calme. L'appartement est agréable, fonctionnel et les époux Napoleoni étaient très accueillants et soucieux de notre bien être. Je recommande cet appartement pour vos séjours sur Dijon. Enfin, le prix était tout à fait correct compte tenu des prestations offertes. Bon séjour à Dijon.

Une propriétaire très avenante que ce soit par téléphone, mail ou en direct ; ), un appartement charmant très bien situé avec un jardin très agréable et au calme malgré une localisation très centre-ville. Aucune mauvaise surprise, je dois même dire que ma mère et moi sommes tombés sous le charme de l'appartement et de la ville. Notre séjour fut très court, nous y étions en famille avec mon mari, mes parents et mes enfants pour le concours national de danse. Nous n'étions absolument pas à l'étroit dans l'appartement. Il est, de plus, très bien localisé, la superette pour les courses rapides en face, le parc pour les enfants à une rue et le tram à 2 mn à peine...Tout pour nous faciliter le séjour. Et en plus, comble de la chance, nous avons eu un magnifique ciel bleu! Je vous recommande cet appartement pour votre séjour à Dijon, et si je peux me permettre, nous avons diné à Brochettes et Cie en face de la halle où nous avons été sympathiquement reçus et avons bien mangé...un pique-nique à emporter chez L'atelier de Manon, proche du Palais des Congrés, original et savoureux, de très bonnes pizzas à la pizzeria La Vérona, établissement qui ne paye pas de mine mais un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Merci à Mme Napoleoni et si nous devions retourner à Dijon , nous reviendrons chez vous avec grand plaisir! Nous sommes rentrés avec des moutardes Maille aromatisées et originales, incontournable! ; )

Très joli appartement douillet en plein coeur de Dijon. L'accueil des propriétaires était très bon, nous sous sommes sentis invités dans leur appartement. Tout est accessible à pied... proche de la gare. Un garage pour la voiture, car le stationnement à Dijon est payant. Je le recommanderai sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Dijon. L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé à 5mn à pied du centre ville avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Il est très bien agencé et très agréable à vivre: haut de plafond, lumineux, décoré avec goût et donnant sur un petit jardin au calme. Les proprios sont charmants et nous ont très bien accueillis. Seul petit bémol: literie un peu trop ferme à mon goût.

Appartement très spacieux et très bien aménagé, belle surprise apres la traversee de l'appartement : un jardin très appréciable en periode estivale, entouré de belles plantes. Bibliotheque impressionnante. Salle de bain et cuisine très fonctionnelles. Situé à 2 pas du centre ville très facilement accessible a pieds, environnement calme, garage pratique car stationnement payant dans les rues. Propriétaire très disponible et arrangeante pour les horaires.
