The Marquisane is a house built in 2016 that ensures maximum comfort. A fully equipped American kitchen, a cozy dining room, a comfortable living room with Wi-Fi, two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with a double bed each of 1.60m, a heated swimming pool, a fenced, Terrace located south, On request, we can provide a cot, This haven of peace is set in a small village called PLAISIANS, A stunning view of Mont Ventoux is seized from the terrace. Ten minutes by car, you go to Buis-les-Barronnies where you will find bakeries, SuperU, restaurants ... Everything is to be carried with the hand.

We loved our week in France. Communication with the owner and his friend, Franck who spoke english the week before and during our stay was very good. They left us a complimentary bottle of wine, apricot juice and jam. The house is in the mountains so not much around. It is the perfect place to stay if you are a keen cyclist as Mont Ventoux is in cycling distance. We enjoyed our mountain runs as well! We found a river pool on our run which was great for cooling off. There is a village a 10 minute drive away which has a large supermarket, a village market on Wednesdays and lots of restaurants. There isn't a shop in walking distance from the house but there is a restaurant (we didn't go as we had young kids). The pool was heated to 26.5C so the kids played for hours. There was a large first step so my 2 year old niece could play in the water without us getting in all the time. There were 8 comfortable sun lounger around the pool/on the patio. We had the option to clean the house ourselves instead of paying for a cleaner which was worth it and received full deposit back. All in all, we had a fantastic and relaxing time away and would definitely recommend it!

Maison fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, draps et serviettes fournis. Bel aménagement autour de la piscine, vue exceptionnelle sur le mont Ventoux, très calme. Mais forfait ménage donné par la gérante sur place :110€. C'est très cher et nous n'avions jamais expérimenté un tel tarif. Malheureusement, en devant quitter la maison avant 10h avec un enfant de 22 mois et une personne âgée dépendante, guère possible de faire ce ménage soi même.

Dit huis is een prima woning met een prachtig uitzicht over de Ventoux. Het is een relatief nieuw huis waardoor alles in orde is. Ook de ligging is heel mooi, het huis heeft ook een goed uitgeruste buitenkeuken. Enige minpunt, wat ook niet bij een huis van dit kwaliteitsniveau hoort, is het ontbreken van wifi.

Une très belle maison, décorée avec goût, cuisine vraiment très complète en équipements, belles chambres avec une excellente literie. Les deux salles de bain sont bien aménagées avec des douches à l'italienne. Les vues depuis la maison sont magiques et le calme est très agréable. La piscine est très récente et très bien entretenue, avec une plateforme très pratique pour les bébés. On a passé d'excellentes vacances (même sans wifi).

Nous avons séjourné à la Marquisane durant deux semaines et notre séjour fut des plus agréables. L’accueil est parfait, les informations sont claires, la maison nickelle... Il ne manque rien dans cette belle villa, sauf peut être un peu de WD40 dans les poignées de portes pour éviter les grincements à chaque ouverture/fermeture... Le jardin est superbe, la piscine propre et parfaitement chauffée, la cuisine d'été très pratique, la vue à couper le souffle. Petit désagrément des guêpes trop nombreuses pour qu'il n'y ait pas un nid non loin de là, nous obligeant à rentrer lorsqu'elles s'invitaient en groupe à notre table. Enfin, petit bémol pour les années à venir: deux maisons de location saisonnière se construisent autour (nous n'avons pas été trop dérangé par les travaux même si la pelleteuse s'est parfois faite entendre), une derrière qui je pense ne devrait rien changer, et une un peu en deçà de la piscine qui pourrait apporter un peu de vis à vis là où ce dernier était inexistant. Encore merci pour l'acceuil et la beauté de l'endroit.

Le genre d’endroit qu’on souhaiterait garder secret pour être seul à en profiter. La vue sur le mont Ventoux est stupéfiante. La vue depuis la piscine est magique, propice aux meilleurs apéros piscine !!! La maison est suréquipée et les chambres sont ultra conforts. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants de moins de 10 ans, notre semaine de vacances est passée trop vite... c’est sûr que nous reviendrons ;)

met de Mont Ventoux in het zicht, mooie locatie, privaat gelegen. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Bij het ophalen van de sleutel was de vrouw aan de telefoon absoluut niet vriendelijk! Jammer, de dochter daarentegen wel.
