About this apartment rental
Ideally located in the heart of the Falaise district, quiet and close to the resort center and covered parking.
At the 8th and last floor of the residence Douchka with direct elevator access by a private level, no noise.
Exceptional views of the resort and the ski area, balcony and full living south, sunny, calm and bright.

> Living room with high ceilings, sofa bed and pull-out bed, TV, radio, internet
> Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, combined microwave oven and grill, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machines and filter, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, ...) and dining area for 4 people.
> Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm) and plenty of storage, TV and DVD player
> Bathroom with bath, basin and WC, heated towel rail and hairdryer
> Private ski locker in the ski room on the ground floor
Near to the building: bakeries, restaurants, shops, laundry, food, ticket boxes, equipment rental.
Ski-in ski-out, ski schools within 100m.

Checking in and out of the property was easy. The location was superb because it was on top of Avoriaz, you don’t need to worry about dragging your bags or getting a snowcat to your property. It’s walking distance to the loading and unloading dock. Ski in and ski out was amazing and you’re easy walking distance or close to a lot of the restaurants with the Main Street an easy walk away. Would recommend staying here again.

The photos do not do the view justice. Stunning to view to wake up to each morning and great to watch the piste bashers in the evening. Comfy beds, clean on arrival. Good to include bedding and towels. Lovely little balcony. Always warm and cosy to come back to and endless hot water for post skiing baths. Location is perfect for ski in ski out and easy access to all shops, ski rental etc
