About this house rental

Old house completely renovated in the heart of the historic center of Lunel, 2 steps from the shops.
Private parking space
The house (about 100m2) is fully designed and equipped for a successful holiday. The garden (90 m2) with its secure and heated swimming pool * (Out of season, April May June and Sept Oct All Saints holidays included depending on the weather), for maximum comfort and early or late swimming.
For even more security, the outdoor ladder of the pool is retractable to prevent access by children.
The house has a very beautiful and large open kitchen / living area overlooking the garden through a superb 4m wide wrought iron bay window. Splendid view of a magnificent old building.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The large convertible sofa in the living room even allows a little extra space.

For your comfort, many facilities are at your disposal: 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets (one independent), air conditioning, deckchairs, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, traditional oven, coffee maker, dishes and kitchen utensils…

For your pleasure, a swimming pool (about 4x4m) for your exclusive use, a 115 cm large LCD TV, Playstation 3 with games and 2 controllers, DVD / Blue Ray player, Wi-Fi access point, Hi-Fi system Fi, many books and DVDs, barbecue…

Small details: The interior space is non-smoking; our animal freinds are not admitted...
The bell tower of the Penitents chapel that we see in the 3rd photo only rings on Saturdays around 5.30 p.m. ...

Geographically, Lunel is ideally located. Halfway between Montpellier and Nîmes (25 minutes), at the gates of the Camargue, and 10/15 minutes from the fine sandy beaches of the Grande Motte… Nearby too, the Grau du Roi, Carnon, Aigues-mortes, Palavas ... To also discover the Cévennes and its magnificent landscapes, the Hérault gorges, the surrounding Roman remains, the garrigue, the magnificent and wild ornithological park of the Pont de Gau (Camargues)

Das Haus liegt zentral in Lunel. Überraschenderweise herrscht im Garten absolute Ruhe. Wir konnten den Garten von morgens bis abends genießen, Highlight war der kleine Pool. Das Haus selber ist praktisch eingerichtet , die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Matratze war die beste, die wir in den letzten Jahren in Frankreich benutzen durften. Der Ortskern von Lunel einschließlich des großen Marktes ist ebenso fußläufig erreichbar, wie kleinere Läden und ein Lidl-Markt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Lunel , In het huis was alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden , airco’s in de kamer zodat we lekker fris konden slapen … Een privéparkeerplaats om +- 100 m , wat in Lunel echt wel nodig is . Op 15 minuten ben je aan de zee en het strand . Ook een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, die we voor vragen steeds konden en mochten lastigvallen via telefoon of whatsapp . Voor ons zeker een aanrader ☀️
