About this house rental
Conveniently located on the West Palm Beach canals and with exceptional views, our villa has just been refurbished.
It is composed of 4 rooms (including 2 parental suites) and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate 9 people.
In addition to its "feet in the water", its private pool unheated (be careful the heating of the pool is an option at $ 300 per week because it generates over-consumption of gas), its inviting garden, its covered patio and its two terraces with refined outdoor furniture will fill you. All the equipment of the house is "high-end" and the decoration is neat.
The living room of 65 m2 is open on the canals and the garden, with access to the swimming pool and the terraces equipped and equipped with a barbecue. It has a dining area with table seating 12 people, a seating area with a large sofa and 4 armchairs. It has a wall-mounted TV with a giant screen and a Blu-ray home theater system.
The 2 parental suites also overlook the canals and the garden, each offering a home cinema installation. The first one is furnished with a large double bed (king size) electrically articulated, the second suite includes a double bed (queen size).
The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The fourth bedroom has two single beds.
Kitchen includes brand new Kitchenaid appliances.
The house is fully air-conditioned and offers free internet access.
The house is located in a very quiet area surrounded by channels giving access to the ocean.
The public beach is less than a 10-minute drive away, in the busy town of Lake Worth. This large beach of fine sand is decorated with restaurants, cafes and some shops.
After the beach, golf, water skiing or jet skiing, kite surfing, or fishing at sea, you can go shopping in downtown West Palm Beach (in the 150 shops of City Place) or in the luxury shopping district of Clematis Street, or to the large shopping malls of Palm Beach Gardens or Wellington.
The house is located 1 hour from Miami and you can also easily discover Florida: Orlando and its amusement parks, then Cape Canaveral in the North, the Everglades and the Keys in the South, without forgetting a long stop in Miami to discover its different atmospheres (Art Deco, Cuban, festive ...).
Just like Miami, West Palm Beach is both serviced by an international airport and a train station.

Would recommend this place to anyone! The property was very clean, and the pictures accurately depicted what the place actually looks like. The pool was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Jean Alain was wonderful—he greeted us with kindness and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We had a great experience and would gladly stay here again

The property was clean and well equipped. Location is very close to Palm Beach. The owner and property manager were very helpful. Relaxing sunsets from patio. Would stay there again.

Claire’s house is beautifully maintained inside and out and in a great location. We were greeted when we arrived and Jean (super friendly) made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was amply stocked with top of the line appliances and accessories. There were many high end touches throughout the house. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful backyard with its pool, water views and seating areas. I can’t say enough about this house, it is clear that the owners care about their guests’ experiences. This home surpassed our expectations and we will definitely be back.
