Excellent infrastructure nearby, with beach huts, baianas de acarajés, restaurants, supermarkets, the Village is nascent, all rooms with sea views, very airy, the unit is equipped with an American kitchen with all utensils, cupboards in all bedrooms and bathrooms, split air conditioning. O imóvel é simples, mas de frente para o mar e com garagem coberta privativa. Tem camareira que faz a limpeza todos os dias, e o condomínio é muito organizado. O anfitrião é muito atencioso e prestativo. O local é ótimo, com a praia e o calçadão bem na frente do prédio. O comércio fica próximo, mas precisa de carro.
