About this house rental
Rent, for 4 to 7 people, furnished with three-star tourism (new official classification 2012) located in Ossun-ez-Angles (65100), a small village in the Hautes Pyrénées (altitude: 675m) near the cities of LOURDES and BAGNERES DE BIGORRE ( 13Kms), ARGELES GAZOST (23Kms), TARBES (23Kms) and AEROPORT TARBES-OSSUN-LOURDES (14Kms).
In addition, this holiday residence is an excellent starting point for many ski resorts.
RATES for the Rural Cottage:
THE RATES INDICATED CORRESPOND TO A WEEK OF RENT INCLUDING LOADS, TO KNOW: COLD AND HOT WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY, ELECTRIC HEATING, 1/4 cubic meter OF HEATING WOOD, UNLIMITED TELEPHONE, INTERNET ACCESS WITH WIFI, INTERNET RADIO, CLEANING OF PROTEC BEDDING, TOURIST TAX.
LOW SEASON: 340 €
MID SEASON: 440 €
HIGH SEASON: 550 €
VERY HIGH SEASON: 600 €
In winter, the heating is activated the day before the arrival of residents.
Reservation: 25% of the rent
Deposit: 300 €
Optionally, can be provided: sheets (+ 17 € per bed), cleaning service at the end of the stay (50 €). Wood extra (60 € / cubic meter).

Facing south and with an area of 115m2, the house is built on a 700 m2 park, shaded and fenced.
The interior equipment is new: 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed. 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed or 2 80 cm beds. 1 sofa bed convertible into a 140 bed in the mezzanine, 1 120 bed on the ground floor.
On request, 1 baby bed, a high chair and a bathtub are available.
Upstairs: Samsung smart-TV. DVD player. satellite receiver with two card readers and reception of three satellites (astra, hotbird and Atlantic bird 5 ° West). Amplifier. 3-band tuner.
On the ground floor Smart TV suspended 140cm diagonally running on 3 satellites and on the internet by wifi.
HIGH-SPEED ADSL INTERNET ACCESS with WIFI
Unlimited internet telephone.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Le gîte est idéalement situé: paysages magnifiques et tranquillité, tout en étant proche de Lourdes et de différents sites à découvrir. Nous avons également apprécié le confort du gîte très bien agencé, le jardin avec la balançoire et la table de ping-pong dont les enfants ont bien profité. Enfin, notre hôte Mr Duthu s'est montré disponible et à l'écoute de nos besoins tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse à tous les amoureux de la montagne et reviendrons très certainement dans quelques années.

Séjour parfait au calme et reposant (même avec 2 enfants et un chien). Maison très bien entretenue et bien située par rapport aux villes principales et sites à visiter. Propriétaire aux petits soins. Jardin parfaitement clôturé avec des jeux pour enfants.

Très belle maison mais tres mal situé avec des routes de montagne dangereuse pour des gens pas trop habitués à ces routes. Propriètaire très sympas qui prends soin de vous.
