Every four years we bring together family from America and England , plus some friends. This year we came to Rieumal Farm in Lasalle. First off the house was deemed by all to be the best place we have stayed yet. It had rustic charm, yet was updated and had extremely nice facilities without losing the originality of the hamlet. The pool was well used and had lovely views of the countryside, the outdoor kitchen, the extra pantry with two extra refrigerators, two washing machines and another dishwasher was needed for our group of 24. The home is a bit of maze with rooms hidden away, but frankly it just added to the charm of the house. Lots of areas to have privacy if you wanted it. Our group also took advantage of the many bikes available. The surrounding area is beautiful , with a hiking trail beginning from the backyard of the house, a walking path to the village of LaSalle also at the back of the property, and I recommend a morning bike ride to the village of Sodourgue. The Village of LaSalle is not the most picturesque, but it does grow on you and the convenience of walking into town for baguettes, croissants or to explore the Monday market is hard to beat. We had a FANTASTIC vacation using this home as our base.

Have spent an excellent family vacation of some 21 people, lots of kids from babies to teenagers. The place is large enough to have both privacy and many large areas for the kids to play in. Very well equiped with everything one may need or dream of. It was too cold for us to use the pool and area around it, but when it is warmer it should be even more leasurly fun. The area is beautiful. Lots of beautiful villages, rivers. Am recommending whole heartedly.

Cette vieille bâtisse a été rénovée et décorée avec soin. Le cadre est très agréable: très proche du village de Lasalle (on peut s'y rendre à pied).Malgré la proximité des maisons du lôtissement, la propriété est exposée de manière préserver l'intimité des occupants. Un bémol cependant, la piscine non sécurisée (pas de barrières) et les nombreux dénivelés au sein de la maison et à l'extérieur peuvent poser quelques soucis aux familles avec de jeunes enfants.
