Our 250m2 villa with swimming pool for up to 12 people maximum (6 bedrooms, for large families or group of friends + babies) is ideally situated in a pine forest on the heights of Nîmes, with an open outlook, in a peaceful residential area. Enjoy the sound of the cicadas and visit the region of Nîmes (Montpellier, Arles, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence ...). On a pleasant wooded park of 3000m2, the villa offers all modern conveniences: air conditioning, swimming pool, deck chairs and garden sunshade, summer garden, slide and swing, laundry, veranda, hot tub, turkish bath, TV, wireless internet access. Golf course: 5 minutes away.
Note: Due to the global warming effect, the electrical energy is charged based on real consumption on top of the renting rate.

Merci à Mme et Mr Esprit pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. La maison est très bien situé, très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons passé un.excellent séjour entres amis avec les enfants. A 50min de la plage. Nous reviendrons!

Très belle propriété, au calme. Intérieur spacieux, ce qui est très agréable lorsque nous sommes nombreux (11personnes). Jardin magnifique, ombragé. La piscine a été très appréciée par l'ensemble de la famille, surtout par ces fortes chaleurs. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires, un grand merci à Brigitte et à son mari.

Une très belle maison spacieuse et agréable avec un jardin magnifique. Tout est réuni pour passer beau séjour, la piscine, la véranda qui permet de surveiller les enfants qui jouent au milieu des arbres et des belles fleurs, la cuisine d’été pour profiter d’un bon barbecue, les grandes chambres et les lieux communs très fonctionnels. Le seul bémol sur un petit manque d’équipement sur les petits outils de cuisine sinon je recommande amplement

We enjoyed several weeks in this beautiful villa with lovely surroundings. This house has everything you can wish for on your summer holiday with a nice pool, beautiful garden, outdoor kitchen etc. We were a group with both small children and eldery and it suited evereybody. Strongly recommened!

Wir haben mir drei Familien einen superschönen Urlaub in der Provence verbracht, das Haus ist zwar schon ein bisschen älter, aber sehr gut gepflegt und mit suuuper netten Vermietern, die in der Nähe wohnen. Besonders der Außenbereich hat uns gut gefallen, riesen Rasenbereich mit viel Sonne und Schatten aber auch die Barbecoue-Ecke war sehr schön.

Venus passer un week-end entre amis à Nîmes, nous avons été enchantés à tous points de vue ! La villa ainsi que son très bel extérieur nous ont charmés et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine couverte, du terrain de pétanque, ainsi que de la cuisine d'été, idéale pour des soirées barbecue ! Les différents espaces sont vastes et bien équipés, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous tenons également à souligner l'accueil et la disponibilité de Mme Esprit ainsi que de Fernanda, très soucieuses du bon déroulé de notre séjour. Bonjour, Nous nous sommes régalés pour ce week end dans votre villa ! Villa très propre, propriétaire agréable ! Tout était au RDV ! Le beau temps, la piscine, pétanque ! Les plaisirs simples de la vie à nos yeux ! Je ne manquerai pas de vous recontacter le cas échéant pour l'année prochaine car nous n'avons pas trouvé de points négatifs durant notre séjour ! Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette villa, la maison est grande et moderne, chacun avait sa propre chambre (très appréciable) et il y a suffisamment de SDB/ WC (nous étions 12). Le parc est magnifique, pas de vis à vis, la piscine est à température idéale, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la véranda pour prendre les petits déjeuners et la cuisine d'été avec le barbecue pour les dîners. La clim dans la salle à manger permet de déjeuner au frais le midi! Une météo au top, on aurait aimé rester plus longtemps!

Villa spacieuse, agréable, confortable et très propre. Située dans un parc ombragé, agrémenté du chant des cigales. Belle piscine sécurisée pour les jeunes enfants La cuisine est très bien aménagée, très fonctionnelle. Pendant les deux jours de très forte chaleur, nous avons apprécié la climatisation de la salle à manger pour les repas de midi. Nous étions avec nos trois enfants, leurs conjoints et nos petits-enfants, tous ont bien profité de ce séjour, sans se gêner. Comme sorties : le Seaquarium et la plage du Grau-du-Roi, le Petit Paradis à Vendargues, bien adaptés pour nos petits-enfants (2 à 5 ans) Bon accueil de la propriétaire. Une location que nous recommandons Famille TASTE

Excellentes vacances en famille dans une superbe villa tout confort répondant en tous points à la description de l'annonce ! Soleil, ciel bleu, jardin paysager magnifique, le chant des cigales, la piscine ... tout était réuni pour passer un très agréable séjour. Sans oublier les propriétaires, des personnes vraiment très sympathiques !!! Pour être sur de passer de superbes vacances, je vous recommande vivement cette villa, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Un grand merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse!
