Amazing, pristine, home in Bloubergstrand, literally across the road from a world famous kite-surfing beach with monumental views of Cape Town and Robben Island. You need to stay here! Right on Beach Crescent, a highly sought after Cape Town location! Perfect space to call home for an amazing holiday. The home has everything you could need and more! Wifi, Satellite TV/DSTV premium, a pool and beautiful finishes throughout! Ample space for your kite gear on the property!
This stunning, modern home comprises of a large open plan living area, exquisite, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. Outside, you will find a charming, wind-free pool and patio area, with recliners, perfect space to relax and enjoy with your housemates. Out-front, the large patio is the perfect setting for soaking up the amazing views of the Atlantic Seaboard and enjoying sun-downers after a long, adventurous day. There is space for 1 vehicle in the garage, and ample space for storage. The top floor is a completely separate part of the house, and is listed as a separate listing.
Guests will have full uninterrupted access to the home, outside pool area and patio in front. Upstairs is a separate unit with a completely separate entrance. No common spaces are shared. Your space is your own.

Our family's stay was incredible. The property looks like it came out of a "dream house catalog"; outfitted with all the creature comforts one would expect to have at his own home. Fully furnished, stocked, and move in ready. Safe neighborhood, quiet, close to restaurants, groceries, beach, and major roads for exploring. The owner and property manager were polite, selfless, and caring for our needs. No need for us to look around for a place to stay at our next Capetown visit, the choice is easy, we WILL use this property again.
