TERRACE large wooden balcony (10 m2) with panoramic view, overlooking a river, equipped with garden furniture and parasol.
The apartment does not occupy the house alone (there are 2 cottages and I live there, on another facade), the outside staircase is steep (we are in the mountains). Wifi is sometimes "capricious" ( natural park of Verdon)
In summer: the benefits of any shops nearby (bread, wood-fired pizzas, restaurant and takeaway, evenings, laundry ...) no drawback of noise ... tranquility assured
