The 400 sqm villa features 5 spacious, fully air conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms, fantastic outdoor areas including BBQ, covered dining areas and a pool inside a Mediterranean garden with amazing ocean views. This peaceful and serene villa with a dreamy feel to it, is set in the quiet and classy area above the amazing Lia beach with spectacular 180 degrees of the Aegean.
Get the best out of your stay with the optional cooking service offered at an attractive rate. An established Greek chef will offer the best of Greek cuisine (lunch or dinner) and a sumptuous freshly cooked brunch served daily under the shaded outdoor areas of the villa. The villa itself located at the most quiet part of the island near Lia beach with stunning views to the south and 7 other Aegean islands.
The organic nature of the property can be seen in the sculpted Mykonian architecture, in the grace and fluidity of hand-smoothen surfaces, the special hand-crafted marble sinks and bowls from Tinos, and the simple use of colour reflecting earth, air and sea.
On the ground floor, the curvaceous hallway leads into a spacious open-plan living area, indoor dining area, and a stylish kitchen. This is a delightful, airy space with double-height ceiling and plenty of windows with views out over the sea. From the main verandah situated just off this room, the entire panorama of Lia Bay unfolds before you.
The master bedroom is situated on the ground level. This has an ensuite bathroom with sunken bath perfectly placed to bathe whilst gazing over miles of deep, blue sea. Doors from the bedroom lead out onto a private verandah – a perfect place to take in the beauty of the surroundings. Curvaceous steps lead to the upper level where there is an amazing bedroom suite with access to an outside balcony with panoramic views. The luxurious bathroom including a spectacular shower section with two separate showers adds to the drama.
At the lower level are an additional 3 double large bedrooms .The first bedroom features an impressive wooden, Mykonian four-poster double bed, and an extra single, ideal for a couple with a child. Through the hallway is a bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
The outside spaces are magical – to be discovered and unfolded via little pathways and through the natural planting. There is a marvellous outdoor dining area with built-in benches running the length of the walls with a pergola to provide shade, a great barbeque for preparing the food, and always the incredible views over Lia Bay. The pool terrace is below hidden amongst the natural bamboo – a calm, protected and quiet place to swim, sunbathe and enjoy the view of the sparkling sea. The ‘Loggia’ with its piles of cushions lining the built-in benches provides a lovely place to relax.
The property is located on Lia Bay – one of the quietest and most unspoilt areas of Mykonos, which for some years has been a designated area of ‘outstanding natural beauty’. There are two off the beaten track beaches to explore by foot with wonderful sand and surrounded by nature. Mykonos Town is not too far – about 18 mins by car. The village of Ano Mera with shops and tavernas is only about a 10 min drive away.

Our week at Zaloo could not have been more amazing. The house is beautiful with the most amazing view. The owner was so helpful and available for suggestions and plans. The staff is beyond amazing. The food prepared by Angelina was worthy of a Michelin star. It was like staying at a five star hotel in your own home. I cannot speak more highly of this property. We travel and rent homes several times a year and this was a dream house.

We just returned from a 2 week vacation in Greece. We spent the 1st week at this property in Mykonos and can’t say enough wonderful things about the overall property, location and views. There were 6 of us in our group and 4 are in their 20s so we wanted the fun associated with downtown Mykonos but also wanted to be able to enjoy peace and quite while at our villa and be near a family friendly beach. This villa exceeded all of our objectives and expectations. The property owner also knows a wonderful chef (Angelina) on the island and she was absolutely fabulous! If you want to truly enjoy some wonderful, authentic Greek food, you shouldn’t pass on the opportunity to have Angelina prepare heavenly meals for you each day. Angelina and the property owner (Soren) are great hosts and very accommodating. We will be back!

Stunning views from every room of this beautiful villa! Watch yachts and fisher boats go by from high above the ocean. Enjoy a romantic evening with stars in the sky and the moon reflecting in the water. The villa itself is very comfortable, impeccably clean, and offers complete privacy. Another highlight is the food! Angelina, the cook, has served us some of the most delicious food we ever had. We indulged in traditional Greek dishes, salads, veggies, seafood -- all light and incredibly tasty!

We cannot say enough how much we loved staying at your house! We truly had a wonderful time. I am already missing the view and walking to our own little private beach! The house was even more beautiful and spacious that what we originally had thought judging from the photos. And it was a real treat to have Katarina cook for us and Amy made it sound effortless and kept the house impeccable for us at all time!
We loved it and thank you again for all the great recommendations: we loved Bandana, had a wonderful day on the boat, had fun driving the jeep and just enjoyed the pool and the local beaches.
Thank you again for your hospitality.
It was our first time in Greece as a family and it definitely made us want to come back.
