About this house rental
The cottage is a small house attached to our villa. Our residence is located in a very calm and secure housing estate. On the ground, you will find side by side the cottage for 4 to 6 people, a studio for 2 people and our pavilion. The gîte and the studio border the swimming pool. The cottage has a living room with American kitchen equipped with a fridge / freezer, an oven, an induction hob and a microwave. A washing machine is installed in the bathroom. The WC is next to the bathroom but it is independent.
The bedroom on the ground floor has a 160 bed. The mezzanine bedroom is well ventilated and overlooks the living room. It has two 140 cm beds. We can add if necessary 1 or 2 bed (s) of 90. The rooms are equipped with a fan. The mattresses are of good quality and all the beds are fitted with mosquito nets.
1 bed and 1 baby chair can be made available on request.
The living room is equipped with a round table with 5 chairs, a sofa, a coffee table and a television. In a small low cabinet, you will find books and novels at your disposal as well as documentation on activities in Guadeloupe.
You access the cottage from the 20m2 terrace. You can enter the ground floor bedroom through the living room or the terrace. The terrace has a table for 4 to 6 people and a garden furniture made up of a coffee table, two armchairs and a bench seat. It overlooks the family pool which you can enjoy under your own responsibility.
The comfortable studio of 20 m2, backing onto the gite and our villa, can accommodate two additional people.
The view of the sea and the Saintes is now hidden by the neighboring mango trees which have grown a lot. But you will have access behind the house to hang your laundry and to enjoy the magnificent view of the Madeleine mountain and the banana plantations.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet.
Das beste sind aber die Vermieter, die sich sehr engagiert um die Gäste kümmern. Im Haus erwartete uns eine Schale mit Obst. Laurent und Jean Claude standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie haben uns sogar zum Fährterminal hingebracht und am nächsten Tag abgeholt für unseren Les Sanites Trip, damit wir keine Probleme mit dem Parken bekommen.
Wir haben uns dort rundum wohl gefühlt!

Très bon accueil avec quelques fruits du jardin et un planteur maison comme cela semble être de coutume en Guadeloupe. Location conforme à la description et aux photos de l'annonce. Laurence et Jean Claude répondent rapidement à nos besoins (Planche à découper, ventilateur supplémentaire...) de manière à rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Ils sont présents pour nous conseiller sur les environs, les balades à faire en fonction de la météo et ils savent aussi respecter notre intimité. Bien que la location soit attenante à leur habitat, les propriétaires ont toujours fait preuve de discrétion. La piscine est un réel plus dans ce secteur davantage dédié aux randonnées qu'à la plage. Toute la famille en a bien profité. Nous avons passé de très bons moments en soirée avec Laurence et Jean Claude. Ce sont des gens généreux et enrichissants. Nous recommandons cet hébergement. Encore merci.

Jean Claude a été au petit soin pour nous depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ; toujours présent, jamais envahissant, il nous a prodigué de très bons conseils pour découvrir les alentours. Le gîte et la piscine correspondent tout à fait à la description de l'annonce; la cuisine est très bien équipée et ne manque vraiment de rien…..le planteur nous attendait même dans le frigo !! Nous reviendrons certainement en Gwada et choisirons sans surprise de nouveau ce gîte qui est situé à quelques 2 km du point de départ pour Les Saintes.

Nous sommes plus que satisfaits de notre séjour tant par le logement que par l'accueil. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d avoir de quoi démarrer notre séjour (café, lait, chocolat, thé, jus, de goyage, pâtes,....sans oublier le punch maison ! Un ++++ pour les hôtes Laurence et Jean Claude qui sont très chaleureux, serviables et sympathiques et surtout ils sont d'excellents conseils pour les visites à faire.
N'hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus, en esperant que nous ayons encore des dispo lorsque nous reviendrons !!!!
