Between land and sea, in the heart of the Abers country, this large house nestled in the countryside, completely renovated, faces south. The rooms are large and bright.
Close to Aber Benoît, the white sandy beaches of Saint Pabu, hiking trails and the GR 34, this property with a 1000m² enclosed garden with garden furniture is a true haven of tranquility.
At your disposal a fully equipped kitchen, cooking piano, large electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle….
The reception room on the ground floor is over 70 m²
1 large living room with library and tv.
Dishes, tables, chairs are available for a capacity of 30 people.
5 bedrooms are available: 4 bedrooms are upstairs (25m² each) and the 5th is on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (shower + wc).
The private parking lot can easily accommodate 5/6 cars.
Comfort and calm guaranteed. Possibility of sheets and cleaning. WIFI, Cot, high chair, bathtub available free of charge.
Tourist tax to be added depending on the number of days reserved.
The price includes rental, water and electricity charges.
A deposit is requested upon delivery of the keys.
When confirming the reservation, a deposit is required.
A deposit of 500 euros will be required at the entrance of the premises, it will be returned (maximum 7 days) in the event of non-damage.
