About this apartment rental
The building has two entrances, one on the sea side, exactly on the seaside promenade, at the bottom of the garden, and another, on the city side, in the center of all shops. (Daily halls, Carrefour city, Naturalia, bakery voted best bakery in the Southeast, pedestrian streets, etc.)
The apartment has just been completely refurbished and fitted out in the best possible way to provide it with maximum comfort and facilities because we want our tenants to be happy. There is a large bed (180x200), with a very good bed, a desk with WIFI, a large flat screen. All the furniture is new.
To park, there are two paid underground parking lots, one at 150m, the other at 300m.
However, in Menton and the region, it is really possible to do without a car. If tenants arrive by train or plane, we are used to pick them up by car at the SNCF or bus station.
The residence is very quiet and very well inhabited, the residents are used to great mutual respect. We therefore ask our tenants to respect this silence for good mutual harmony.
