About this apartment rental
Large (45 m2) and elegant studio, very bright in all seasons, located in one of the most beautiful old palaces "Belle Epoque" in Menton: It is ideally located in the city: at the heart of everything and at the bottom of a park in seafront, with a very nice view of the sea and the garden.
The building has two entrances, one on the sea side, exactly on the seaside promenade, at the bottom of the garden, and another, on the city side, in the center of all shops. (Daily halls, Carrefour city, Naturalia, bakery voted best bakery in the Southeast, pedestrian streets, etc.)
The apartment has just been completely refurbished and fitted out in the best possible way to provide it with maximum comfort and facilities because we want our tenants to be happy. There is a large bed (180x200), with a very good bed, a desk with WIFI, a large flat screen. All the furniture is new.
To park, there are two paid underground parking lots, one at 150m, the other at 300m.
However, in Menton and the region, it is really possible to do without a car. If tenants arrive by train or plane, we are used to pick them up by car at the SNCF or bus station.
The residence is very quiet and very well inhabited, the residents are used to great mutual respect. We therefore ask our tenants to respect this silence for good mutual harmony.

The apartment is stunning, private, quiet, and offers such beautiful views. The building and grounds are well cared for and spotless. Corrine is an exceptional hostess, kind, considerate and available . She should be an example for all rental hosts. Amazing experience, have already booked for next year. Consider yourself lucky if you get the chance to rent.

Regina is stunning beachfront property, with a lot of original period features - the apartment is very large and has very high ceilings with original coving, but also has retro feel with the decor, Italian grey marble bathroom, stunning grey marble fireplace. fabulous views to the gorgeous bay of Menton . Corrine was very attentive to every detail, the apartment has excellent appliances, air conditioning, and beach chairs, parasol, flippers, all one could need. The Building is in the heart of Menton accessible from the beach side and the street side. Beautiful property and Lovely Owners always available for advice.

Corinne and Christian are the perfect welcoming Hosts. The Apartment is also perfect for us in every respect, Located on 3rd floor by lift overlooking the Mediterranean. One minute walk to the awesome swimming beach. It is a beautiful, spacious, light and airy apartment that has a charm of its own.
