About this apartment rental
Villard de Lans is located in the heart of the Vercors Park. It is a warm and welcoming village, in every season.
The apartment, 4 stars, that we propose to you, is in our traditional home, of even foot, 55 m2, 3 rooms, 2 rooms, corner cooks opened on stay, very sunny, very calm, with panoramic view, on all the mountain range.
Large garden where children can play freely.
Private parking, closed storage for bicycles, strollers.
Independent entrance.
We enjoy the "FAMILLE PLUS" label.
Free shuttles for alpine or Nordic ski slopes, just minutes away.
Tennis, BAM Free Sports, Medical House, minutes away.
At about 150 m, shuttles for downhill or Nordic ski slopes.
Alpine skiing ; 125 kms of slopes
Nordic Ski ; 110 kms of slopes
Near the Colline des Bains: 6 toboggan runs (with lifts) the ESF and its Piou Piou club for children from 3 to 6 years old.
Medical House nearby.
In summer, landscaped area with barbecue, garden table, sun loungers and breathtaking views of the entire mountain range. Departure of hiking trail from our house.
Possibility of weekend (2 nights) extended weekends (3 nights) and short stays (3-4 nights) outside school holidays.
The price of the overnight stay varies depending on the time and length of stay. Winter weekend rate 110 € per night.
The deposit is not included in the estimate, but requested on arrival and returned at departure, or 300 €.
Heating extra, if necessary, from June to the end of September.
The tourist tax € 1.30 per day and per person, in addition, paid separately, free for children up to 18 years.
