About this apartment rental
Excellent 38sqm apartment on the ground floor in a modern building, near the sanded beaches with crystal clear sea, excellent restaurants and many shops. Well-equipped with all you need for a good holiday. Located in a quiet area with view of the lighthouse islands and the sea less than 5 minutes walk from a choice of beaches, city center including a huge selection of restaurants, bars, shops with private parking (assigned location and free). spacious living room with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs opening onto a 24m² terrace with table and 4 chairs, loungers and umbrellas and also with an electric blind. American kitchen including induction hob, oven, hood, built-in microwave, fridge-freezer. Double bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and built-in wardrobe, window to the terrace. Bathroom with large shower, sink, washing machine. toilet. Second freezer.

We appreciated our stay at this unit and enjoyed a lot the spacious terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine in the bathroom is very useful considering a stay of a week.
We also appreciated some wine and sweets left as a welcome gift by the oner. It has been a little bit hard to find the correct building as google maps did not send us to the right position (we got advised about it).
Meeting somebody at check in would have been very appreciated just to give a more personal touch to the experience.
We made a lot a research about things to do and see in the sorroundings but someboby might have need some advises.
Standard rectangular pillows would have been a plus in addition to the french squared ones we found.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, appartement très bien équipé.abec une terrasse très appréciable et très bien situé ( 5mn à pied du centre et de la plage).
Aucun point négatif, que du bonheur, je recommande fortement.
J'espère y revenir.

Appartement très bien situé, facile d'accès et pratique pour aller se baigner et faire ses courses à pieds.

Appartement correct à part le canapé qui est très inconfortable en position assise.
Mal de dos et le protège matelas sale avons dû le laver avant de s'en servir.
Annonce annonçant lave vaisselle mais pas de lave vaisselle.
Lave linge et sèche linge mais pas de sèche linge.
Une deuxième clé pour la porte d'entrée aurait été plus pratique.
Et manquait la trousse de secours. CDT
