Our 55m² apartment will welcome you with a living room and a kitchen. A bathroom and a bedroom with "king size".
It can accommodate up to 4 adults with the sofa bed in the lounge.
Children are also welcome, a travel cot for babies is available to our travelers.
Ideally located in the complex Pinimar, indeed you will enjoy a side view of the pool and on the other you will have a beautiful view of the neighborhood and the Port D'addaia off.
The apartment has a balcony, a terrace and a solarium which will leave you the choice of shade or sun ...
Port d'Addaia is a quiet and peaceful place in which to live.
Its white houses decorated with flowers and typical barriers Menorcan take you to the port.
In front of the complex Pinimar there are some restaurants, a bookstore and a supermarket.

Great location, very clean, comfortable and very quiet.The owners have supplied everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. We had to get in touch with them about a little problem which was dealt with immediately . We would definitely recommend this apartment. We will be back !!!!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances sur l'île de Minorque.L'appartement est calme, bien décoré, bien équipé et avec un bon couchage.Le petit port d'Addaïa et celui de Fornells sont à découvrir.Merci à Anna pour sa confiance et sa disponibilité.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Minorque dans ce superbe appartement très fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous le recommandons vivement aux futurs vacanciers qui souhaitent visiter Menorca. Un vrai havre de paix. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette île magnifique et préservée et aussi d'Addaia et son petit port où une balade à pied directement de l'appartement en longeant la mer est incontournable. Nous avons adorés. Merci aussi aux propriétaires de l'attention qu'ils nous ont portée et de la bonne bouteille de rosé bien fraiche qui nous attendait sagement dans le frigo à notre arrivée.

Séjour merveilleux. La beauté de Minorque est à couper le souffle. L'appartement est parfait pour un couple, calme, fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Situé à quelques km des routes principales, c'est le parfait pied à terre pour ceux qui comme nous aiment l'exploration de terres inconnues. Entre le ciel, la mer et les étendues vertigineuses de nature sauvage, c'est le lieu idéal pour des vacances réussies.
